    Abstract: A fluid pipe connection device includes a plug sleeve fixedly fastened and mounted on a pipe joint used for mounting an internal tooth snap ring and a push tooth ring in the pipe joint and the plug sleeve. The internal tooth snap ring clamps the pipe wall after the pipe passes through the plug sleeve, the push tooth ring and the internal tooth snap ring. The push tooth ring pushes away internal teeth along the pipe insertion direction so as to lead the internal tooth snap ring to release the pipe wall before disassembling a pipe. A top end of the push tooth ring is basically flush with an exposed element or contracted in the exposed element under the pipe connection state. The exposed element is the more prominent one of the plug sleeve and the pipe joint. The invention also relates to a pipe disassembly tool.

    Abstract: A luer connector assembly is provided for enhancing the frictional engagement between medical devices such as syringes and needle assemblies. The assembly needle includes a female luer fitting having a passageway and a relatively soft, resilient member bounding the passageway. A male luer fitting inserted into the passageway engages both the soft, resilient member and the body of the female luer fitting. A method of manufacturing such a connector assembly is further provided. A first material is injected into a mold to form the body of a female luer fitting, the fitting including a passageway and a recess extending into the body. A second material is then injected such that it extends into the recess and bounds the passageway. The second material, when cool, is softer than the first material.

The device is generally comprised of a casing member and an internal member, which is further comprised of tab members positioned in tab openings in a core member. Preferably, a semi-flexible sheath covers the internal member and seals it to the casing member and the object, so that a chamber is formed between the internal member and the casing member. Mechanical compression members may be placed in the chamber. As pressure increases within the object, the chamber pressure may also increase, forcing the sheath against the tab members, which are forced against the object, holding the object in place by friction.

The teeth are oriented to allow movement of the male pipe in a first direction relative to an end opening o f the fitting during assembly, but to resist movement in a opposite direction after the fitting joint has been assembled.
