Abstract: A housing construction kit that includes at least one plug device and/or one fuse. The kit contains a housing base body with numerous installation openings and numerous installation plates. A first coding means is formed on each opening and a second coding means is formed on each plate. Every first coding means of an opening has a unique first coding and every second coding means of a plate has a unique second coding. Every second coding means of a plate is designed to be complementary to at most one first coding means of an opening and every second coding means of a plate is designed to be complementary to a first coding means of another opening as every second coding means of a plate, which is designed to be suitable for assembly of at least one plug device.
Abstract: In a fastening portion for fastening an upper retaining portion and a lower retaining portion by means of a mounting screw, the upper retaining portion has a screw hole and a cylindrical guide formed around and above the screw hole. Further, a projection is formed on the inner wall of the cylindrical guide at an upper portion thereof. In a loosened condition of the mounting screw where it is disengaged from a screw hole, the head portion of the mounting screw is caught to be retained by the projection. The upper portion of the cylindrical guide is tapered so that it has an inner diameter smaller than the diameter of the head portion of the mounting screw. Accordingly, even when the upper retaining portion is turned upside down in the loosened condition of the mounting screw, the mounting screw does not fall down from the upper retaining portion.
Abstract: A locking device for a vehicle door has a lock disposed between an inside panel and an outside panel of the vehicle door fastened to the inside panel, which lock has a release lever for eliminating the locking position of the lock. An outside operating mechanism acts upon the release lever by way of a force transmission element, the outside operating mechanism having a supporting part fastened to the interior side of the outside panel and a swivelable pull handle arranged on the exterior side.

Abstract: In one form, a safety lock for a knob operated door includes an anchor block fastened to the framing stud of door frame. A flexible steel cable loop having a pair of parallel end portions permanently mounted in the anchor block has a cylindrical shank tightly encompassing its parallel end portions, the shank being situated in adjacent relationship to the anchor block. A cylindrical sleeve encompasses the shank and is in rotatable and longitudinally slidable relationship with respect to it. The anchor block is so situated that, when the sleeve is in encompassing, overlying relationship to the shank, the cable loop will just barely fit over the maximum diameter of the knob. With the loop aligned with the reduced portion of the knob, the sleeve is slid toward the knob to reduce the size of the loop so it cannot come back over the knob. The sleeve and the shank are so positioned as to be in alignment with the vertical slot between the door and the door frame when the safety lock is operative.
