    Abstract: A door-locking device for a self-cleaning oven includes a support configured to be fixed to a frame of the oven. A main slider is movable relative to the support along a longitudinal rectilinear direction, and is configured to be pushed elastically towards an extracted position and pushed by the door of the oven towards a retracted position. A locking arm is coupled to the support around an articulation axis perpendicular to the longitudinal rectilinear direction and oscillates around the articulation axis between an unlocked position and a locked position. A transmission mechanism connects the locking arm to the main slider and is arranged to swing the locking arm from the unlocked position to the locked position and vice versa via movement of the main slider from the extracted position to the retracted position, and vice versa. An electromagnetic switch includes an electromagnet that drives a movable member associated with a locking pin arranged to lock the main slider in the retracted position.

    Abstract: A safety hook structure for a hood is disclosed. The keeper pivots the toggle from the first position to the second position upon the closing of the latch and the keeper pivots the toggle from the second position to the first position upon the opening of the latch. A switch operable between a closed position and an open position wherein a circuit is closed only when the keeper means is in the second position and the circuit is open only when the keeper is in the first position, the switch being completely inoperable until the keeper is fully inserted in the housing whereby closing of the circuit is avoided.

The operation portion has a portion slid along a direction perpendicular to the sliding direction of the cover. With this sliding portion, the locking portion is slidably entered/derived into/from the locking groove. When the locking portion is fitted into the locking groove such that the cover is mounted on the housing, the cover is fixed so as not to be dropped out. The operation portion is attached to a portion of the housing, and has such a structure that this operation portion is moved downwardly by depressing the housing from the upper direction.

Actuation of movement of the slide member results in movement of the lock bolt detent away from the lock bolt followed by pivotal motion of the lock bolt as a pin on the slide member engages the lock bolt and lifts clear of the door keeper. The door is sprung open by a spring loaded plunger which extends out of the lock frame.

A thumb-operated lock control slide is carried by the housing assembly and provides one means for locking and unlocking the lock from inside the vehicle.
