Abstract: A finger grip adherable to a portable electronic device and configured to provide a deployable tool to assist a user in holding portable electronic device. The finger grip includes a base portion, a cap portion, and a flexure bearing. The cap portion is moveable between a captured position where the cap portion contacts the base portion and a relaxed position where the cap portion is separated from the base portion by a gap. The flexure bearing is coupled to the base portion and to the cap portion, and the flexure bearing provides at least one compliant degree of freedom to allow the cap portion to move between captured position and the relaxed position.

Abstract: A housing of a device comprises a screw boss that extends outwardly from a first base plate proximate to a corner of the housing. Additionally, the housing of the device includes a force dissipation member. The force dissipation member includes a central portion that is sized to detachably attach around the screw boss. The force dissipation member further includes at least two arms that extend outwardly from the central portion, wherein each arm of the at least two arms is attached to a different side of the two walls of the housing.

Abstract: Described herein are improved grips for handheld devices (such as handheld mobile phones). Specifically, the grips disclosed herein overcome many of the technical problems (such as ergonomic problems) found in known grips for handheld devices. Embodiments can include an articulate grip that includes a finger retainer, a phone mount base, and a pivot link connecting the finger retainer and the phone mount base.

Abstract: An insulating container having a base and a lid is provided. In some examples, the insulating container further includes a pressure regulation device. In other examples, the insulating container may include latching devices comprising an elastomeric latch upper and a semi-rigid latch lower configured to engage an insulating container keeper when the lid is in a closed and a secured position. Abstract: A backpack with a formfitting skateboard compartment conveniently holds a skateboard freeing the user's hands for other tasks. The formfitting compartment reduces the size and bulk of the backpack allowing it to be easily worn without hindering skating activities. In this manner, a user may take his or her skateboard virtually anywhere. The formfitting compartment will typically conform to the shape of a skateboard inserted therein. The backpack may also include various additional compartments to carry other items for the user. In this manner, the backpack may be used as a knapsack or the like.

Abstract: A combination support stand and carrying handle apparatus for use with an associated tablet device having a generally rectangular conformation with opposite front and back substantially planar surfaces. The apparatus includes a mounting member, a handle member, and a support stand for holding the associated tablet device on surfaces at selected angles for convenience of use of the tablet device. For example, the holding device may comprise a first holding member, a second holding member and a handle member. The first holding member and the second holding member interface with a mobile electronic device. The handle member may be held by a user, or may be mounted to a surface. In one example of the present disclosure the holding device comprises at least one joint which allows the first holding member, second holding member and/or the handle member to move in relation to the remaining members, allowing the holding device to fold into a compact configuration. In another example of the present invention, the holding device comprises a single member comprising a device holding mechanism and a handle section.

The apparatus and method include a holder base with a front face and a rear face opposite the front face, the holder base being configured to hold a portable computing device at its front face by engaging distal edges of the portable computing device, a dome-shaped grip extending from the rear face of the holder base, the dome-shaped grip having at least one opening for receiving a user's finger, and a flange extending from the dome-shaped grip for supporting the holder base at an angle on a flat surface. The dome-shaped grip is configured to be collapsible so that it can be easily stored when not in use.

Abstract: An apparatus, system and method are provided for testing a battery-powered electronic device-under-test in a transport frame engaged with a test fixture. A transport frame power supply is arranged to provide power to the DUT in a pre-testing stage. A switching circuit is arranged to switch from the transport frame power supply to a test fixture power supply in response to receiving a power switching signal indicating satisfaction of a pre-testing condition. Power from the test fixture power supply can then be switched back to the first transport frame, or to a second transport frame, to begin testing a second DUT. The ability to start a DUT test without having to wait for the DUT to boot-up in the test fixture reduces test time and increases efficiency of use of test equipment.

Abstract: A multifunctional strap system for portable electronic devices having a case and a strap on the back of the case. The case securely holds a protective electronic device while allowing access to all necessary features of the device. The strap securely couples a user's hand or other personal effects to the device. Abstract: The article hanger is formed of a wire or rod and is configured for removable attachment to parallel posts, such as the posts supporting an adjustable height headrest above the seatback of an automobile. Abstract: Four identical handles for manipulating a tarpaulin with grommets in the four corners to collect and transport a load. Each handle has a handgrip with a hook on each end, a staking member, and an attachment system to hold a grommeted corner of the tarpaulin. The hooks are dimensioned to admit and support the handgrips of other handles. Two handles are grasped together by a user and the handgrips of the other two handles are hung on opposite pairs of hooks of the grasped handles that the load in the tarpaulin may be gathered and transported by the grasped handgrips.

The invention also contemplates a method of mounting a game drag, having a snout loop in one end of a flexible draft line, on a game animal including the steps of passing a portion of the line adjacent the snout loop around the neck of an animal to be dragged and through the snout loop to form a second variable size loop, mounting the snout loop on the snout of an animal to be dragged, and then applying tension to an opposite end of the line to partially close the second variable loop tightly about the animal's neck.
