Abstract: A urinal bottle holding apparatus includes a mounting hook, a urinal bottle holder, and an attachment mechanism so that a urinal bottle can be safely secured adjacent to a patient. The urinal bottle holder includes a rectangular base, an opening, and a support wall. The opening concentrically traverses through the rectangular base so that the urinal bottle can be inserted and secured. The support wall is terminally connected to a bottom edge of the rectangular base thus delineating a stronger platform to integrate a plurality of holder fastening features of the attachment mechanism. The mounting hook is integrated with a plurality of hook fastening features as the mounting hook is frictionally attached to rectangular base and the support wall through the attachment mechanism.

Abstract: It is important to be able to drag a large animal through the woods after it has been killed. This device will allow the hunter to lift the animal's head above the ground as well as the legs in a pair of openings that will elevate the head of the animal off the ground surface so that the animal may be dragged. The handle may also telescope and will allow more than one hunter to grab the device in order to safely pull the animal through the woods.

Abstract: A grip to be used for carrying a ladder increases the contact surface area of the load supported by the user's hand. The grip may include contours on its surface to increase contact area and comfort.

Abstract: A reusable, hand-held carrier for transporting and storing a pair of ski boots includes: (a) a handle portion; (b) a shank including two opposite longitudinal first sides, an upper shank end being attached to a base handle section of the handle portion; (c) a hanger portion extending from a lower shank end and including at least two elongate hook elements, each of the hook elements including an open topped channel and a set of corresponding shoulder portions on opposite walls of the channel that form a pinched zone at the top of the channel. The boot carrier preferably also includes at least one carrier pin for holding a sole guard ski boot accessory within a recess in the carrier shank. A carrier wall mount and boot carrier set is also contemplated. This simplified abstract is not intended to limit, and should not be interpreted as limiting, the scope of the claims.

Abstract: The multiple pot carry device provides for carrying multiple plant pots with one hand, with substantially automatic pot lip engagement retained until released by a user. Ease of pot engagement and disengagement are key features of the device. The device is not limited to three clamps pivotally suspended from the carry bar. Clamps are substantially automatic in engagement and disengagement with pot lips.

Abstract: Disclosed is a device for carrying a hose or other tubular member. The device includes a first base member releasably connected to a second base member. The first and second base members operate to form a plurality of openings sized to receive a length of hose or other tubular member. The plurality of openings may be configured to permit charging of the hose without removing the hose from therein. The device may include a locking mechanism for selectively securing the first base member to the second base member. The locking mechanism may define a handle for supporting the device. The locking mechanism may further include a handle release for selectively unlocking the locking mechanism.

Abstract: An apparatus for supporting a toilet is disclosed. The toilet is of the type having a waste outlet on a bottom thereof. The apparatus includes a platform having a top surface sized and shaped to contact at least a portion of the bottom of the toilet when the toilet is placed on the platform. A recess is formed in the platform and is open to the top surface and positioned on the platform such that the waste outlet of the toilet can be substantially aligned with the recess when the toilet is supported by the platform.

Abstract: The present invention provides a handle or shroud for carrying or manipulating portable gas cylinders and gas cylinder valves for the administration of medical gases, such as oxygen. The shroud of the present invention provides improved safety and versatility to the handling process of such cylinders and valves. In one embodiment, the handle or shroud allows an individual to lift the cylinder, valve and shroud from about 26? off the ground or floor with the wrist turned up.

Abstract: A portable propane tank carrier system is provided which includes a tank carrier, stabilizer ring, and tank neck cover. The tank carrier includes a rectangular main tank cover panel, and upper and lower radial sidewall panel. The tank carrier closely conforms to the shape of a portable propane tank while providing an upper opening adapted to receive a neck portion of the tank and a lower opening adapted to receive a tank base ring portion of the tank. The stabilizer rings may be attached to the bottom of the tank carrier to prevent the tank from tipping over.

Abstract: An apparatus for holding at least one of sandals, flip-flops and shoes. The apparatus comprises a strap member formed of a first predetermined material and having a predetermined length. A clip member for retaining such sandals, flip flops or shoes is engageable with the strap member. There is a buckle arrangement engageable with the strap member for adjusting such length of the strap member.

Abstract: A portable propane tank carrier system is provided which includes a tank carrier, stabilizer ring, and tank neck cover. The tank carrier includes a rectangular main tank cover panel, and upper and lower radial sidewall panel. The tank carrier closely conforms to the shape of a portable propane tank while providing an upper opening adapted to receive a neck portion of the tank and a lower opening adapted to receive a tank base ring portion of the tank. The stabilizer rings may be attached to the bottom of the tank carrier to prevent the tank from tipping over.

Abstract: A cylinder tote for carrying a compressed gas cylinder of the type having a flangeless neck and a valve assembly mounted atop thereof includes a handle member having a first end and an open-ended opposite end, a yoke member having a second end and an open-ended third end, the third end including a pair of legs adapted to support the valve assembly, and an intermediate member disposed between and connecting the first end of the handle member and the second end of the yoke member wherein, when the yoke member is disposed on and engages the valve assembly disposed atop the compressed gas cylinder, the cylinder tote may be used to transport the compressed gas cylinder.

Abstract: A bag carrying grip facilitates installation and removal of plastic bags in the grip and remains installed on the bags when the bags are not being carried. The carrying grip includes a rigid, generally tubular section having tapered ends and a slit running the length of the tubular section. Bags are inserted in the slit and can remain in the slit until the user removes them. The carrying grip may also include a pair of opposed hanger carrying openings that form a passage through which one or more hangers may be passed to ease in carrying the hangers. The hangers will remain installed in the grip until removed by the user.

Abstract: A bag for carrying boxes-shaped objects, preferably pizza boxes (15, 16), includes a rectangular bottom wall portion (1) side wall portions (3, 5) attached to the base wall portion (1) and handles (7) at opposite side wall portions (3). It is significant for the bag that two of the side wall portions (3, 5) constitute main side wall portions (3) that are opposite each other and extend along an entire edge of the bottom wall portion (1), and that at least two of the side wall portions constitute partial side wall portions (5) that extend only along a part of an edge of the bottom wall portion (1).

Abstract: A carrier for storing a plurality of caulk tubes in a manner that they are easily identifiable and, if open, so that the contents do not dry out. The carrier has a frame within which the caulk tubes are resiliently biased between a socket for receipt of a nozzle of the caulk tube and a holder attached to an end of the caulk tube opposite the nozzle.

Abstract: A refuse bag holder for holding a collapsible bag in an open orientation includes a mount portion including an elongate member having an upper end and lower end. A hook is attached to the upper end. A loop is hingedly coupled to the elongate member by a hinge and is positioned on an opposite side of the elongate member with respect to the hook. The loop has an outer surface and an inner surface. A coupling member removably attaches the refuse bag to the loop. A securing member releasably secures the loop in a generally horizontal position. An edge of a refuse bag may be extended between the loop and the coupling member such that the refuse bag is held in an open orientation.

Abstract: A transport tool which is attachable to a hoist mechanism for a suspended access work platform permits the mechanism to be easily lifted and moved about on a job site. The transport tool attaches to the hoist mechanism and affords a place for a service crew member to easily lift the mechanism and carry it. The mechanism may thus be easily moved with less likelihood of dropping or damage, and also less risk of injury or strain in lifting or carrying it.

Abstract: A bottle carrier 1 comprises a thin flexible strip 10 that is provided with a bottle-engaging portion 12, a mid-portion 14, and a carrying portion 16. The bottle-engaging portion 12 contains an aperture 18 having a special periphery configured with certain peripheral elements designed to engage the bottle carrier 1 with a bottle 2. Whether the bottle carrier 1 is designed to carry a single bottle, or to carry two bottles, each bottle-engaging portion 12 thereof will have an aperture 18 for each bottle and each aperture 18 will have the special periphery with the aforesaid peripheral elements. Abstract: A notebook carrier device that includes a first and a second panel foldably connected together at a fold line. A first and a second set of holes are formed adjacent to the fold line on the first and second panels respectively. The first and second sets of holes oppose each other when the first and second panels are folded together about the fold line. A first and a second handle are attached to the first and second panels respectively. The holes are positioned to be engaged by the rings of a loose-leaf notebook such that the notebook can be conveniently carried by the handles.

Abstract: A rack for carrying in-line type roller skates over the rear wheel of a bicycle. The rack carries the skates in a saddle bag fashion, with each one of a pair of skates being held within an enclosure that is adjacent to each side of a bicycle's rear wheel. The enclosure holds the skate along the skate's lengthwise axis parallel to the direction of travel of the bicycle.

Abstract: A carrier is disclosed for use by a person for carrying a load which is to be carried in an essentially horizontal condition. The carrier is shaped so that, in use, it provides a base for supporting the base of the load being carried, and includes a handle or loop which is located, in use, essentially centrally above the load. The carrier is in the form of a bag, which is sufficiently large at its lower end to accommodate the load to be carried in its essentially horizontal condition. The bag is provided with holes or cut-out portions dimensioned and positioned so as to receive the corners or other projecting portions of the load for stabilizing the load in its essentially horizontal condition. A method for making such a carrier, from an existing carrier bag, is also provided.

Abstract: A carrying harness for carrying cleaning apparatuses having casters at their bottom surface including a handle member, two lateral support members, two transverse members, and loops at the ends of the transverse members for engaging the casters. When the loops at the ends of the transverse members are slipped around the casters, the cleaning apparatus can be lifted by pulling on the handle member. In an alternative embodiment, the handle member includes a snap having a spring biased closure. This enables easier removal of the harness from the cleaning apparatus. The alternative embodiment may or may not include the lateral support members.

Abstract: A gripping device provided with handles is adapted to engage the ball of a conventional trailer hitch as a convenience in handling the hitch when it is removed from the towing vehicle. The preferred form of the device provides a clam shell-type grasping assembly that is manipulated by handles having overlapped portions that together form the handle. These overlapped portions are locked releasably against separation, and accommodation is also provided for receiving a padlock maintaining the closure of the clam shell components whenever this becomes desirable. A simplified version of the device is formed by a piece of bent rod having portions providing the handle and also for gripping the ball.

Abstract: An electric storage battery is disclosed which includes a handle which can be locked in an upright position, such as for installation of the battery into a vehicle by robotics, yet where the handle can be then readily moved to a service position alongside the battery after installation into a vehicle, the container including a button and shaft for connection to apertures formed in the arms of the handle which provide an upright position and a service position, and locking in the upright position is achieved by a locking tongue formed on the container button which rests in a locking groove formed between locking tabs on the handle arms.

Abstract: A detachable carrier device for bulky articles includes a coupling portion and a handling portion. The coupling portion has an elongated aperture adapted to be engaged by the head of a screw threaded into the article. The aperture includes a large diameter portion for initially cooperating with the screw head under no load conditions, and a smaller diameter portion for cooperating with the screw head under load conditions whereby the article can be safely supported and transported by the carrier device.

Abstract: A binder for binding together hanger-mounted garments is disclosed which includes an elongated spine of part-cylindrical cross-section, a pair of retainer mounting brackets carrying pins or tongues whereby a hanger hook retainer may be locked against the convex surface of the spine, and a lanyard for joining the retainer to one of the retainer mounting brackets. The retainer consists of an inner tubular member and an outer tubular member of resilient foam material.

Abstract: A carrying holder for a gas cylinder in a respirator is provided with a device for attachment and detachment of the cylinder in the carrying holder. The device includes a recess provided on the carrying holder, and is adapted to receive a support plate provided on the valve of the gas cylinder, and also a locking latch which, in the locking position, grips a support surface on the valve. The locking latch rotates around a shaft and is activated by a spring to assume the locked position.

Abstract: A reusable handle for lifting, carrying and pouring for use with containers having a flanged portion. In attaching the handle of this invention, the top handle portion is snapped onto or otherwise affixed to the neck portion of the container.

Abstract: A band is attached in an inverted U-shape to a luggage carrier or any other similar carrier. A unique clamping arrangement permits the length of the band to be adjusted vertically to accommodate the height of a person using the carrier. Further, the lateral distance between the two legs of the U-shaped band can be adjusted to accommodate the width of the shoulders of a person transporting the carrier.

Abstract: The food carrier assembly comprises a container for holding a food product with a structure for grasping the container to support the container while transporting the assembly. A handle mechanism is disposed on the grasping section for carrying the container as a compact carrier assembly for the good product. A specific feature of the invention has the container shaped as a pan to receive a plurality of cupcakes. A lid portion on the container has a structural configuration for stacking a second container on top of the lid portion to provide an upper and lower container. The handle structure includes a hand gripping portion with coupling members located at each end thereof for attaching to the grasping configuration on a plurality of stacked containers.

Abstract: An electric storage battery having a detachably secureable, one-piece molded carrying handle pivoted on a pair of mounting knobs integral with the battery container endwalls. A preferred handle comprises a rigid rib-rigidified gripping portion, flexible arm portion extending from the gripping portion to the knobs on the battery container. The arms engage the knobs via flat terminals which permit attachment/detachment to the battery by movement in a direction parallel to the container endwalls and comprise a wall lying inboard the arm and defining a pocket for receiving a head on the knob which wall includes a socket therein for receiving and retaining a stem portion of the knob. Projections at the entrance to the stem-retention zone of the socket define a narrow gate for admitting and retaining the stem in the stem-retention zone.

Abstract: A tote apparatus or carrier for a pair of roller skates is disclosed herein having a central body member provided with identical skate securements carried on its opposite ends. Each securement includes a pair of releasable holders for retaining and supporting the wheels of the roller skates intended to be carried. A handle is provided across the central body member so that the weight of the roller skates is substantially and evenly distributed. The holders may include resilient snap-lock devices, flexible straps employing Velcro or latch mechanism utilizing clamps.

Abstract: By providing a novelly configured wheel-engaging stand portion adjustably spaced from a similarly configured, spring-biased wheel-engaging clamping portion, the combination being joined by a shaft having a handle at the extremity thereof remote from the stand portion, a roller skate carrier is provided that is self-standing, easy to load and unload and can accommodate any existing roller skate, including those with rear stops, toe stops or both.
