Abstract: A pet waste bag retainer and organizer system that allows for a roll of bags to be retained by a tail portion of the system, wherein the tail puts an internal pressure on the cavity or core of the roll bags. The system further including a retaining portion for the carrying of used pet waste bag, thus helping the user to not have to carry the used pet waste bag until it can be disposed of. The retaining portion includes an opening designed to allowed a knotted bag to pass therethrough and down a retention slot having retention protrusion extending into the retention slot that helps secure the pet waste bag while transporting.

Abstract: A diaper assist ring has a generic 3-dimensional geometric shape of a circle with a contoured outer perimeter with unique designated/specialized/and customized top front, front and rear markings. The device aligns and holds a diaper to itself by means of elasticity and friction (or clips), to empower users of limited flexibility the possibility of changing their own diapers in a timely and safe manner, warding off the negative ramifications of soiled diapers. The portion of the device that is not deeply inserted into the diaper, is clearly marked and is utilized as a handle. It is made out of hygienically lightweight rigid material(s). The combination of the device with diaper, expands the diaper; to conveniently and safely allow the user's first leg and then the second leg, to be inserted into the diaper's leg openings; in either a sitting or standing position(s); overcoming inherent dangers of loss of balance.

Abstract: An animal waste removal tool is described that may be utilized alone or in conjunction with a waste bag. The waste removal tool of the invention includes tines that guide waste into the receptacle and a handle that extends over and above the tines.

Abstract: The dustpan with garbage bag supporting frame, filter, and running boards includes a dustpan of hollowed construction from which the garbage bag supporting frame attaches to a rear of said dustpan. The dustpan includes a plurality of interchangeable filters that can attach to a front opening and/or rear opening in order to sift or filter out debris swept into and through said dustpan. The garbage bag supporting frame attaches onto opposing exterior surfaces of said dustpan. Both the garbage bag supporting frame and the dustpan include running boards that attach there under, and which enable mobilization there to. The running board for use with the garbage bag supporting frame may further include an according-styled cover that extends to cover the garbage bag supporting frame as well as a trash bag contained therein.

The clips extend downwardly from the hoop wherein the clips are configured to retain a bag in an open configuration to facilitate transfer of an item from an exterior container into the bag. The clips are coupled to an outer surface of the hoop. The tarp itself is formed of any suitable material as in conventional use today, with the sheet further configured to include a pair of cinch ropes included along a first pair of opposing edges, and a plurality of fasteners disposed along the remaining, opposing pair of edges. A set of four handles are formed at the four corners. The cinch ropes allow for the first pair of edges to be gathered, while the fasteners mate the remaining pair of edges to form an enclosure.

Abstract: A bag spreader for spreading a bag in a container lying on its side includes a connection portion arranged to interface with the upwardly facing outer surface of the container when the container is oriented on its side and includes a bag supporting portion arranged for insertion into the bag and the container. The bag supporting portion may be disposed adjacent the upper sidewall of the container in a manner that supports the bag in an open condition when the container is oriented on its side. A head portion connects the connection portion and the bag spreading portion with the connection portion and the bag supporting portion being spaced apart on the head portion a distance sufficient to receive an edge of the container.

Abstract: A bag holder is provided for holding a bag in an open position to facilitate collection of debris in the bag. The bag holder includes a rigid frame assembly having an outer frame and an inner frame. The outer frame has a perimeter wall. The inner frame is sized to nest within the perimeter wall of the outer frame. Thus, the frame assembly is configured for securing a bag between the outer frame and the inner frame such that the frame assembly holds the bag in an open position. A handle is coupled to and extends from the outer frame to facilitate manipulation of the open bag to a desired location using the handle. Debris may then be scooped or swept into the open bag.

Abstract: A scoop for filling bags has a channel shaped member open at its forward and rear ends with an open top extending through forward and rear portions between the forward and rear ends. The forward portion has a flat bottom with two sides tapering inward from the front to the rear portion. The rear portion transitions from the flat bottom and the two sides of the forward portion to an open-top arcuate cross-section at the rear end suitable for being inserted into an open end of a bag. Forward and rear handles extend across the open top at the respective forward and rear portions with ends fastened to the two sides.
