Abstract: The present invention provides improvements in paper fastening to enable a user to remove a desired portion of papers from a fastened stack of papers without having to unnecessarily detach unwanted papers in the stack from the prongs of the fastener. The improved paper fastening arrangement is for use with a fastener having a base including two ends each having a leg extended therefrom, the leg foldable relative to the base. The arrangement comprises a sheath including an extension shaped to slideably engage one of the legs, the extension including an opening that defines a cavity to receive the leg, wherein the extension at least partially covers the leg and is operative to engage through sheet materials. At least one guide tab depends from the extension downward from the opening, the guide tab being foldable.
Abstract: A lifting support for a boiling water reactor nuclear fuel assembly comprising a grappling head configured to allow attachment to a lifting device, a body with an upper end and a lower end, the upper end connected to the grappling head, the body configured to be inserted into a water channel of a boiling water reactor nuclear fuel assembly, and an end connected to the lower end, the end configured to be accepted by the nuclear fuel assembly.
Abstract: A rotatable handle for use with an associated cookware item including an attachment member having a proximal end and a distal end, the proximal end being rotatably secured to a first portion of the cookware item and the distal end having a gripping member disposed thereon. The first portion also includes a handle locking member. A locking mechanism is slidably disposed on the attachment member between the gripping member and the proximal end, the locking mechanism being arranged and configured to engage the handle locking member and being slidable between a first position and a second position. When the locking mechanism is in the first position, the handle is rotatable relative to the first portion. When the locking mechanism is in the second position, the locking mechanism engages the handle locking member, thereby securing the handle relative to the cookware item.

Abstract: A wafer transferring hand is so constructed that at least three seats made of a soft low-friction material are provided in an integral manner, a groove having a width slightly wider than the thickness of the wafer is formed in the laterally arranged seats, the bottom of the groove being arcuated in a manner conforming to the periphery of the wafer, while a similar groove having an adjustable width is provided in the seat arranged at the center, the bottom of the groove being spaced apart outwardly from the periphery of the wafer, and at least two cut-away portions are provided between the seats so as to provide a gap between the periphery of the wafer and the bottom of the cut-away portion.
Abstract: A record tool comprises a generally semicircular arm portion having a handle attached at the mid point of its outer periphery and a semicircular inwardly opening groove along its inner periphery. The arm portion is extended at its opposed ends to form holding members for engaging two opposed side edges of a record cover or jacket. The tool is manipulated to remove a phonograph record from, and reinsert the phonograph record in, a record jacket thus engaged.
