Abstract: An operating device for an order-picking apparatus, the operating device having a delivery table with two opposite slotting and picking sides and two longitudinal sides. A transport channel for accommodating picked items extends between the slotting and picking sides along a first horizontal direction. Two clamping jaws define a lateral delimitation of the transport channel. A pusher device having a drive for moving a section of the pusher device along the first horizontal direction has a driver coupled with the drive, so the driver is movable into and out of the transport channel. The driver is also movable in the transport channel along the first horizontal direction so that the picked items are movable out of the transport channel by way of a slotting and picking side.

Abstract: A carrier device is provided that can supply, at uneven intervals, a plurality of works arranged at even intervals. The carrier device (1) includes: a first retaining portion (11), second retaining portion (12), third retaining portion (13) and fourth retaining portion (14) that hold and carry a plurality of works arranged at even intervals and supply these to a supply pallet (7) at any intervals; and a retaining base portion (20) to which these first to fourth retaining portions are connected. The retaining base portion (20) includes first to fourth sliding portions that cause the first retaining portion (11) to fourth retaining portion (14) to approach each other or separate in the arrangement direction of the works. The first retaining portion (11) to fourth retaining portion (14) respectively include first engaging parts and second engaging parts that disengage with the works independently.

Abstract: A method for picking up and handling filled, closed rectangular bags, film packs and pouches, which have a bottom side, and two longitudinal sides, and are provided on the bottom side with a bottom fold. The pouches, standing on one of the longitudinal sides, are arranged in parallel to one another in a row and in each case are picked up with a gripper mechanism having comb-like, finger-like gripper elements on an opposite (upper) longitudinal side with the gripper elements being moved between the upper longitudinal sides of adjacent pouches. The gripper elements are moved in the longitudinal direction of the upper longitudinal sides, from the base side and pass the same, between adjacent longitudinal sides.

Abstract: The bottle carrier (10) grips and releases the necks (N) of a series of bottles (B) so that the bottles (B) can be conveniently carried and selectively released. The bottle carrier (10) includes a base plate (12) with a plurality of bottle clearance passages (24). In the first embodiment, bottle neck clamps (28a, 28b) automatically grip the necks (N) of the bottles (B) when the bottles (B) pass through the bottle clearance passages (24). The bottles (B) may be selectively released by an actuating a handle (60) that is separate from the carrying handle (50).

Abstract: A method and an apparatus for handling objects, in particular discs such as CD's having an aperture therein defining a rim. The apparatus comprises a first set of jaws moveable towards and away from one another and a second set of jaws moveable towards and away from one another. In use, the jaws of each set may be moved apart to exert a radial gripping force on the rims of the objects. The second set of jaws is extendible and retractable axially. By operating the sets of jaws through sequences of extension, gripping, retraction and releasing, the objects can be loaded onto or off of the apparatus. The gripping action of the jaws allows the apparatus to hold the objects in any orientation.

Abstract: This mask case is a mask case for accommodating a reticle formed with a pattern to be transferred to a substrate, in which one outer wall face of the mask case is formed with first and second depressions and the form of the first depression is one of conical and triangular pyramidal forms, whereas the second depression has a V-groove form.
