Abstract: A modular system for autonomous food assembly includes: a skid operable in a first configuration configured to transiently install on a vehicle and in a second configuration configured to transiently install in a kiosk; a set of food dispensing modules configured to transiently install on the skid and store and dispense food based on food orders; and a fixed infrastructure configured to distribute power from a first power source in the truck to the set of food dispensing modules in the first configuration, from a second power source in the fixed kiosk to the set of food dispensing modules in the second configuration, and to the set of food dispensing modules; a controller installed on the skid and configured to receive food orders and control the set of food dispensing modules to dispense food orders from the truck in the first configuration and from the kiosk in the second configuration.

The mobile refrigeration unit also includes a secondary temperature control mechanism for controlling the temperature of products to be dispensed; a pressure system, for controlling the water level in the secondary temperature control mechanism, and a series of refrigeration coils through which products are pumped, and the temperature thereof measured by the thermostat. The combination of the temperature conditioning means and the secondary temperature control mechanism together defining a split cooling system.

Abstract: The disclosed apparatus teach the manufacturing and construction of versatile and portable small kitchens that basically need electricity, for use at jobsites such as building construction sites. In some embodiments the disclosed apparatus may also be attached to a water hose, in which case they provide all the facilities and amenities of house kitchens. In various embodiments and examples the appliances and facilities of the disclosed mini-breakrooms may be secured to a dolly or attached to a cart and may be easily replaced or be interchanged with other appliances and facilities. In different embodiments the mini-breakroom-amenities may be electrically connected to each other while only one of them is connected to the power supply.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a system in a vehicle which enables fully automatic preparation of pizza during delivery in order to deliver crisp pizza fresh out of the oven to the customers. The system carries out the process starting from the fermentation of the dough up to the cooking of the product in the vehicle automatically without using manpower. Delivery with optional autonomous driving characteristic is performed without a driver. Pizza delivery vehicles operating in real time with the back office and management application, calculates the cooking time by using the position information of the vehicle and times it such that the cooking process is completed when the vehicle arrives at the delivery destination. As a result, it is enabled for the pizzas cooked inside the stone oven within the vehicle to be delivered to the customers with quality such that they were cooked in a restaurant.

The microwave becomes an integrated part of the design, opening up additional space and allowing for optimized ergonomics of preparation surfaces. Extendable tables can be pulled out for additional surfaces or for other needs such as desk area. Standard 110V AC outlets included in the design allow drivers to plug in any third party appliance, possible providing inverters be installed in the berth. A disposal container is located on the side of the integrated kitchen unit, allowing for easy access while preparing at the workstation, and even while driving.

A foot platform is provided for picnickers to rest their feet upon. The table has a roof and a roof mounting frame for mounting said roof above said table. The roof may be removable. The motorized table has open sides. The motorized table includes a steering mechanism wherein the steering mechanism can be operated by a picnicker seated on one of the seats. In the preferred embodiment, the steering mechanism extends through an aperture in the picnic table. The drive mechanism has a hydrostatic transmission.

Abstract: A mobile pizza kitchen utilizes a pickup truck with a camper shell that covers the cargo bed. A radiation type intermittently operated oven and refrigerated case are located in the bed and covered by the shell. A clutched AC generator is installed under the hood of the truck and is driven by a serpentine belt connected to the engine. The electricity from this generator is used to power the oven, refrigerated case and other equipment. One type of oven that is suitable for this mobile pizza kitchen utilizes quartz halogen lights which produce ultraviolet and infrared radiation. In order to cook pizza, the driver must exit the cabin of the vehicle and open the tailgate and the rear door of the shell. Cooking occurs while the vehicle is stopped. The oven and the case are vented to atmosphere to prevent overheating of the rear compartment. The engine of the truck is left on while cooking so that the generator can produce electricity for the oven and the refrigerated case.

Abstract: A steel frame supports a trailer body which encloses a refrigerator freezer, a gas stove or grill, and storage space for a generator, LP gas tanks, and canopy components. During transport the trailer is covered by two hinged covers, and two side benches are retracted and retained elevated alongside the trailer body. In use, the covers are rotated 180 degrees about hinges to form counters for service of up to eight diners. Each bench has two legs which are slidably received within fittings on the ends of two horizontal extension members which telescope within tubular cross members mounted beneath the trailer body. The legs are elevated and held in place by spring catches. In service, the benches are extracted and lowered, and the covers deployed to define counters. A canopy has side poles which engage the ground, and bracing poles which extend from the trailer body, all being trailer stowable.
