The spoiler has a retracted configuration and an extended configuration, whereby the flexible portion is stowed within the spoiler in the retracted configuration and the flexible portion is deployed in the extended configuration.

Abstract: A method of manufacturing a transport refrigeration unit is provided. The method includes providing an enclosure including an outer layer and a supporter. Providing the enclosure includes supplying one of a first material and a second material to a mold. This also includes supplying the other of the first material and the second material on the one of the first material and the second material that is supplied to the mold. Also, this includes curing the first material and the second material integrally that are supplied to the mold. The first material forms into the outer layer and the second material forms into the supporter. The second material includes a plurality of reinforcing fibers.

Abstract: An apparatus comprises an air inlet configured to receive an inlet airflow. The inlet airflow comprises a process airflow and a bypass airflow. An evaporator unit receives a flow of refrigerant and is cools the process airflow by facilitating heat transfer from the process airflow to the flow of refrigerant. A condenser unit receives the flow of refrigerant and (1) reheats the process airflow by facilitating heat transfer from the flow of refrigerant to the process airflow, and (2) heats the bypass airflow by facilitating heat transfer from the flow of refrigerant to the bypass airflow. The process airflow is discharged via a process airflow outlet and the bypass airflow is discharged via a bypass airflow outlet.

The unit incorporates a high resistance ground scheme and can incorporate a solid-state input module to detect phase-chassis faults. This combination provides an improvement in protection for mobile applications that cannot have a voltage reference (or neutral point) solidly connected to earth ground.

Abstract: Various embodiments of the present invention provide an insulated structural panel including a superinsulating, desiccant-filled, vacuum-sealed insulating panel sandwiched between a pair of composite panels. The composite panels are configured to impart structural strength to the panel without introducing heat transfer pathways through the vacuum-sealed insulating panel. The desiccant material disposed within the vacuum-sealed insulating panel is capable of absorbing moisture within the vacuum established within the vacuum-sealed insulating panel and thereby reducing the degradation of the vacuum-sealed panel's insulating capacity.

Abstract: This invention relates to a vehicle and discloses a garment customization vehicle, including a front compartment and a rear compartment. A middle separating board is disposed between the front compartment and the rear compartment. A high definition liquid crystal television display is disposed at the middle separating board. A computer host is disposed in the rear compartment. A retractable support pole is disposed at the computer host. A touch display is disposed at the retractable support pole. A camera capable of being rotated 360 degrees for providing video images of surroundings is disposed at the touch display. The touch display is connected with the computer host via the retractable support pole. The high definition liquid crystal television display, the computer host, the touch display, and the camera are electrically connected with each other. The structure of the invention is novel. Customers don't need to try on garments in person.

Abstract: A connector for connecting an outer plate of side panels and an outer corner post of a container body comprises a connecting plate for connecting the outer plate and the outer corner post of the container body and a cover plate. The connecting plate is perpendicularly provided with a strengthening stop plate at an inner side of a middle portion thereof and a stop groove for receiving the outer plate at an outer side of the middle portion thereof, and provided with a seat plate parallel to a base plate of the stop groove at an end thereof connecting the outer corner post. Two clipping strips are symmetrically provided on opposite sides of the seat plate and the base plate of the stop groove. The cover plate is provided with two elastic clipping strips which respectively engage with the two clipping strips and have a hook-shape cross section.

Abstract: An integrated refrigerator car carriage structure is disclosed. The carriage structure has a protection layer (8) and an insulating layer. The insulating layer is composed of a left side plate (1), a right side plate (4), a head plate (2), a sole plate (5), a fore sealing plate (3) and a back sealing plate (6), that are injection molded with polyurethane material. The protection layer is adhered on the insulating layer. The plates of the insulating layer are connected with each other in a seamless manner, so as to form a unitary structure. It discloses a mounting method of the integrated refrigerator car carriage structure also. The structure is simple and easy to manufacture with improved space utilization rate and heat insulation performance.

Abstract: Provision is made for a single person to easily install a bottom panel for the cover of a transport refrigeration unit. A plurality of forwardly extending tabs are spaced on a rear frame member and corresponding pockets with horizontal slots are similarly spaced near the rear edge of the bottom panel. The bottom panel is then advanced such that the tabs fit into the slots, and then the front portion of the bottom panel is attached to the framework by a plurality of fasteners passing through front pockets of the bottom cover and into L-shaped brackets mounted on a front portion of the frame. The bottom panel is preferably formed of a thermoplastic olefin material that provides flexibility for ease of assembly but is sufficiently rigid and strong and exhibits good sound absorbing characteristics.

Abstract: The invention provides a structural panel with an integrated bulkhead structure for promoting airflow within a refrigerated container, such as a refrigerated trailer. More specifically, the invention provides a front wall portion for a refrigerated container defining an aperture through which a refrigeration device may extend to the interior of the container. The front wall portion includes a bulkhead structure integrally formed with the front wall via a connecting structure defining one or more air ducts for promoting air flow from a floor of the container and up through an inlet of the refrigeration device. The invention also provides a front wall structure that minimizes hot spots in the container front wall by integrally-forming the front wall, connection structure, and bulkhead structure in a single structural component so as to minimize the use of fastener devices.

Elements of the mobile mortuary include a mobile carriage, a commercial refrigeration unit, a gasoline generator, an automatic transfer switch for A/C power, body racks with body straps, storage for body bags and other equipment directed to the responding to an accident or disaster scene, a body cot (gurney) and spine boards, structures for securing the body cot and spine boards, emergency scene lighting, emergency flashing hazard lights, an access assembly that facilitates entry of the gurney, air transport connectors and an assembly for releasable connection of an aircraft to the air transport connectors.

Abstract: An integrated kitchen unit for a mobile vehicle. The integrated kitchen unit intended to make preparation, eating, and cleaning easier and more intuitive than the existing solution. The integrated kitchen unit provides multiple storage areas based on the needs required for cooking, including storage for utensils, and even storage for a range of third party appliances. The microwave becomes an integrated part of the design, opening up additional space and allowing for optimized ergonomics of preparation surfaces. Extendable tables can be pulled out for additional surfaces or for other needs such as desk area. Standard 110V AC outlets included in the design allow drivers to plug in any third party appliance, possible providing inverters be installed in the berth. A disposal container is located on the side of the integrated kitchen unit, allowing for easy access while preparing at the workstation, and even while driving.
