Abstract: A seat attachment for attachment to the side of a desk has a retractable support arm with a seat at one end that is movable between a stored position closely adjacent to the side of the desk and an outwardly extended deployed position to provide an auxiliary seating surface. In a first embodiment, the support arm is slidably received in a generally rectangular outer housing secured horizontally to the side of the desk, and is movable relative thereto between a stored position within the outer housing and an outwardly extended position disposed horizontally a distance above the surface of a floor. In a second embodiment, a support arm is pivotally connected to a generally rectangular outer housing secured vertically to the side of the desk, and is movable relative thereto between a stored position within the outer housing and an outwardly pivoted extended position disposed horizontally a distance above the surface of a floor.
Abstract: A health care test kiosk includes a carrel body, a controller, a physiological test interface, a seat, and a weight scale. The carrel body supports a console housing and includes a support side panel forming a lateral side and extending beyond the console housing. The controller is housed within the console housing and includes a display and user interface. The physiological test interface is coupled to and supported by the carrel body on the support side panel. The physiological test interface is communicatively coupled to the controller for supplying physiological information to the controller for analysis and display. The seat is coupled to the support side panel of the carrel body. The weight scale is coupled to and supported by the seat. The weight scale is communicatively coupled to the controller for supplying weight information to the controller for analysis and display in combination with the physiological data.

Abstract: A convertible table with a separable child-supporting chair releasably located within a recess in the top panel of the table. The chair is arranged to be stowed in a first orientation within the recess in the table in such a manner that the recess in the table's top panel is closed, with a portion of the chair being flush with the top surface of the top panel, thereby providing a smooth table top surface. The chair is slidable out of the recess so that it can be reoriented to a second orientation and then slid back into the recess so that it can support a child thereon adjacent the top panel. A locking mechanism is provided to prevent the chair from accidentally sliding out of the recess when it is in the second orientation. A restraining strap is provided in the chair.
