Further, at least one rear wheel is pivotally coupled to the knee so that the rear wheel pivots relative to the seat when the knee rotates. A handle is coupled to the knee that is moveable between a first position wherein the handle is extended outwardly from the seat and a second position wherein the handle is retracted within the seat.
