Abstract: An apparatus for disposing waste at a seat comprising a seat body having a topside for supporting a user and an underside opposite to the topside. The apparatus comprises a moveable bottom portion mounted below the underside of the seat body on one or more arms configured to allow the moveable bottom portion to move between an open position and a closed position, a first waste bag support positioned below the underside of the seat body and a second waste bag support positioned on an upper side of the moveable bottom portion. Each arm comprises one or more springs for biasing the moveable bottom portion into the closed position.

Abstract: A drink glass holder attached to a chair to removably receive and retain a drink glass (e.g., a wine glass) that is filled with a drink when an individual seated in the chair wishes to lay his glass down or exit the chair while leaving his glass behind. The drink glass holder is connected to the chair by a connecting rod that extends between a side wall which turns upwardly from the chair seat to be joined to a chair arm and a hole formed in the body of the holder. The drink glass holder is positioned at the intersection of adjoining ends of the chair arm and the adjacent side wall of the chair seat. The drink glass is seated against and suspended from a bevel that surrounds an opening which extends longitudinally through the body of the drink glass holder within which the glass is received.

Abstract: A chair with a folding book holder includes a generally horizontal seat portion with an upper surface for supporting an occupant and an opposed lower surface. The folding book holder has a bottom portion and two support portions. Each support portion has a lower edge flexibly interconnected with the bottom portion and an upper edge flexibly interconnected with the chair. The bottom portion and support portions are foldable between a use position and a storage position, wherein in the use position the support portions extend generally downwardly from the seat portion and the bottom portion is spaced from the seat portion, and in the storage position the support portions and bottom portion are folded up against the seat portion.

Abstract: A passenger seat has a backrest and a seat which has first and second sections each having a first surface for a seat area and a second opposite surface. The second section pivots relative to the first section between a first position, in which the first surfaces of the first and second sections form a usable total seat area, and a second operational position, in which the second section is folded relative to the first section in the direction towards the backrest. Attached to the second seat section is a holder movable relative to the second surface of the second seat section between a first position, in which the holder extends substantially parallel to the second surface of the second seat section, and a second position, in which the holder extends at from 60° to 120° relative to the second surface of the second seat section.

Abstract: A motorcycle backrest assembly includes a base assembly having first and second ends and a back rest rotatably connected to the first end of the base assembly such that the back rest is movable between first and second positions. A mounting plate has the second end of the base assembly rotatably connected thereto such that the base assembly is movable between first and second positions. The backrest assembly includes a first configuration as a passenger back rest where the backrest is in the first position and the base assembly is in the first position, and a second configuration as a driver backrest where the backrest is in the second position and the base assembly is in the second position.

A foldable seat back separates the occupant compartment from the trunk and has an upright position and a folded position that allows pass-through accessibility from the trunk into the occupant compartment. A pivotable bar assembly in the trunk has a lowered position and a raised position. Pivoting the pivotable bar assembly to the lowered position moves the foldable seat back to the upright position and creates a structural safety barrier against objects in the trunk impacting a rear surface of the seat back. Pivoting the pivotable bar assembly to the raised position moves the seat back to the folded position to provide uninterrupted access to the occupant compartment from the trunk. A latch assembly latches the pivotable bar assembly in at least the lowered position. A movable parcel shelf and collapsible storage bin are also disclosed.

Abstract: A support device includes a positioning tube to be connected to a child vehicle safety seat and formed with a plurality of positioning hole units. A support tube is sleeved telescopically on the positioning tube and is formed with a pair of through holes. A support base is sleeved on the support tube, and has a mounting seat disposed at a horizontal level corresponding to the through holes. A seat height adjusting unit includes an actuator that is mounted movably in the mounting seat, that is biased by a spring member, and that engages removably the through holes and a registered one of the positioning hole units to retain the positioning tube at a desired extended length relative to the support tube.
