Each of the spring top portions may be attached to the top portion of the pocket member. Each of the spring bottom portions may be attached to the surface at a location corresponding to a vertical position of the bottom portion of the pocket member. The surface, the pocket member, and the spring members may form a pocket configured to at a given time be one of: open at the top portion of the pocket member, open at the bottom portion of the pocket member, or closed.

Abstract: A light-weight and low-power integrated system module suitable for installation at a passenger seat disposed aboard a passenger vehicle and methods for manufacturing and using same. By integrating selected interface system components with the associated interconnections, the integrated system module provides an intuitive user interface system for interacting with a passenger entertainment system. The integrated system module can be installed within a seatback of the passenger seat that compliments the look and feel of the user interface system, creating an immersive entertainment experience during travel.

The system may include a cavity and a divider wall disposed within the cavity, wherein the divider wall separates a lower portion of the cavity into at least two compartments including a personal electronic device compartment on a rear side of the cavity and a secondary compartment on a forward side of the cavity.

The spring arm has first and second spring fingers extending from a spring base coupled to one of the seat back panel and the map pocket panel. The first and second spring fingers are moved to a spring angle relative to each other when the map pocket panel is moved to the open position that is greater than the spring angle when the map pocket panel is in the closed position.

Abstract: A reconfigurable seatback system and methods are described. The reconfigurable seatback system includes a display configured to provide in-flight entertainment to a passenger of an aircraft, a receptacle area and a cover panel. The receptacle area is positioned in a seatback of the aircraft and is configured to releasably receive and hold the display. The cover panel is configured to cover the receptacle area when the display is not positioned within the receptacle area.

Abstract: A folding seat assembly includes a pair of seats each of which has a backrest and a seat cushion. A luggage compartment cover housing is attached to each backrest so as to cover substantially the entire rear face of each backrest for stowing an individual flexible luggage compartment cover for each seat. This enables each backrest to be folded into a stowed position without the need to remove the respective flexible luggage compartment cover or the respective luggage compartment cover housing and produces a substantially flat obstruction free load surface when so folded.

A cord that is spaced below the top piece runs along the length of the skirt and has a first end that protrudes from one of confronting lengthwise ends of the skirt and a second end that protrudes from the other of the confronting lengthwise ends of the skirt. The cord allows that skirt to be drawn around the seat for holding the seat cover in place on the seat. An open-top pocket hangs from the seat cover at a location along the perimeter of the seat other than the location at which the opposite lengthwise ends of the skirt are in confrontation. An electrically powered personal device, such as a battery-operated entertainment device, can be placed in the pocket for use by a user of the rowing machine.

Abstract: A car seat is formed with a harness storage cavity in the car seat shell for placement of the five-point harness to permit the conversion of the car seat into a belt positioning booster configuration without requiring the harness to be removed from the car seat shell. The headrest and back panel pads on the back rest are removed to provide access to the harness storage cavity which is covered by a hinged door. The harness buckle and the chest clip, still attached to the harness webbing, are placed into the storage cavity and the door closed to provide a flush surface on the seat back so that the child has a smooth supporting surface. The harness webbing projects out of slots to allow the webbing to lie flat beneath the headrest and back panel pads when replaced over the closed door to the storage cavity.

A pocket is secured to a surface of the gear and the storage bag is secured at one end within the pocket and stored therein when not in use. Prior to placing the camping gear in the collapsed position, the storage bag is pulled from the pocket and is either rolled over the collapsed gear for placing the gear within the storage chamber or the collapsed gear is inserted into the storage chamber of the bag through an elongated opening formed in the bag. An opening can be formed in one end of the bag for inserting the gear into the storage chamber and is closed by a drawstring. A handle or strap is attached to the storage bag for carrying the camping gear after being placed in the storage bag.

The sleeve is attached to a top of the back of the enclosure and forms a cavity for receiving the back rest of the seat. The strap is connected to the back of the enclosure, and in use, is positioned vertically around the back rest, at least partially underneath the sleeve, and securely tightened around the back rest.
