Abstract: A lift-assist device is disclosed including a seat frame. A seat base can be pivotally coupled to the front side of the frame and moveable between a depressed and extended position. The seat base and seat frame are positionable over the toilet such that a central aperture on the seat base is positioned over the toilet bowl of the toilet. A first arm support can be coupled to the first lateral side of the seat frame and a extends from the top side of the seat frame. A first arm can be pivotally coupled to the first arm support about a point located between a front end and a rear end of the first arm, the rear end of the first arm supporting the seat base. A biasing member can be connected to the seat frame, the biasing member configured to bias the seat base in the extended position.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an assembly-type chair and provides an assembly-type chair that has a specific structure, thereby conveniently storing and transporting the chair with a minimized volume, and has a structure in which a chair body part including a seat plate and a backrest is rotatable, thereby effectively storing a plurality of chairs by stacking the chairs in the horizontal direction so as to be in close contact with each other.

Abstract: A system for mounting an accessory to a cycle has a mounting part (400), a receiving part (500), and a locking member (508). The mounting part (400) has an axially extending member (402) and at least one transversely projecting lug (406). The receiving part (500) has a recess for receiving the member (402) and the lug(s) (406) when the receiving part (500) is in a receiving/releasing position, and at least one lip (506) for engaging with the lug(s) (406) to retain the mounting part (400) when the receiving part (500) is angularly moved relative to the mounting part (400). The locking member (508) is operable between the mounting part (400) and the receiving part (500), and is moveable between an unlocked position and a securing position to selectively retain the receiving part (500) in a plurality of angularly offset locked positions relative to the mounting part (400).

A salon chair that includes an integrated tool work station with the capacity to hold a hair dryer, curling irons, clippers and the like at the rear of the chair. The chair is powered by an integrated electrical power source inside the chairs' tool compartment and power is supplied through to the base of the chair. The power source may be connected to an outlet under the chair or concealed under a power extension with cord cover (preventing trips and falls), or may be otherwise coupled to utility power.

Abstract: A utility tray apparatus is provided which is attachable to lightweight foldable chairs. The chairs generally consist of tubular frames with fabric seat and backrests. The utility tray apparatus has a body portion and a tray portion. The body portion has two channels formed therein. The channels are suitable for receipt of the tubular leg members of the chair. The channels are tapered such that an interference fit is achieved when the diameter of the tubular leg member matches the width of the respective channel. An attachment member may be provided which fits within the channels of the body portion. The attachment member having a clamp on the bottom thereof suitable for clamping to a square or circular tubular member, such as a rail on a deer stand.

Abstract: An apparatus that mounts in a horizontal disposition on the frame member(s) of a knee scooter for the transportation of goods between locations. The apparatus is a generally rectangular main body member having recesses in the top surface thereof of various shapes for the lodging of articles in the recesses for the retention thereof during the operation of the knee scooter. Straps are provided for the retention of articles that are not disposed in the recesses, but instead will rest on the top surface of the apparatus, such as books or a newspaper for carrying same from place #1 to place #2. The apparatus is removably mounted to the frame member(s) of the scooter by medium size spring type grip clips or a clamp formed form a bar held by machine screws. Anti-torque attachments mountable facing forward are also shown.

Abstract: A folding massage chair that includes a chair with attached front and rear support frames. The chair includes a seat portion and a backing portion, and also includes a massage and heating pad that is placed over the seat portion and a backing portion. The massage and heating pad includes a number of heating units and heating coils, along with a number of vibrator units. The chair also includes a cup holder and a music player holder, along with a foot rest attached to the front support frame. The chair also has a canopy that is attached to the backing portion.

Abstract: A storage assembly for use with a chair. The chair has a seat supported by a framework such as one or more legs. The storage assembly includes at least one storage unit, preferably a plurality of storage units, each having at least one storage feature, such as a recess, drawer, hook, container or case. The storage assembly is attachable to the seat or the supportive framework of the chair below the seat of the chair, and does not protrude substantially therefrom. In an embodiment with a plurality of shelves, the shelves are connected to a support structure such as a pair of side walls. One or more leg attachments operably couple the assembly to one or more chair legs. For example, a leg attachment may connect a wall to a leg. As each shelf is connected to the wall, the leg attachment couples the shelf to the leg, via the wall. The leg attachment may be a pivoting, telescopic arm with a clamp, a belt, snap fit, integrally molded or other suitable connector.

Abstract: A combination toolbox and seating assembly is provided. The toolbox seating assembly is installed in the bed of a pickup truck, wherein the toolbox includes a hinged lid, and wherein a bench style seat may be stored the toolbox when not in use, and may be positioned within the upper portion of the toolbox when in use to provide comfortable rearward seating within the bed of the truck.

Abstract: A stadium seat cup holder for use with a stadium seat having an upper seating panel and multiple other panels includes a bracket that is configured to form an attachment to a stadium seat wherein the bracket affixes to one or more seat panels of the stadium seat. At least one recess on the bracket receives a panel of the stadium seat. A cup holder is preferably movably mounted to the bracket, wherein the cup holder is movable between extended and retracted positions. In the extended position, the cup holder is placed in front of the stadium seat. In the retracted position, the cup holder is placed under the stadium seat. Fittings on the apparatus enable support of other optional items, such as a drink bottle, trash bag, and/or shaker.

Abstract: A sheet disposed in a chair underside and attachable to the legs of the chair is disclosed. The sheet is configured for forming a downward droop from the weight of a pet and is designed to provide a comfortable resting place for a household cat and other pets as well as provide storage for various household items. The sheet may be attached to the chair by straps connected to and protruding from the perimeter of the sheet. Stiffening bars may be used to reinforce the sides of the sheet. Flaps attached to the sheet perimeter and attachable to the seat may be used to provide a dark and concealed environment for the pet to rest.

Abstract: The invention is directed to a quick-connect structure for a bicycle saddle, particularly for removably mounting an accessory, such as a tool kit or the like, to the saddle. The saddle has at least one load-bearing body to be attached to a bicycle frame. The quick-connect structure comprises at least one male member that may be snap-fitted in a corresponding female member. The male member and the female member are associated either to the saddle or to the accessory. Preferably, one of the male member and the female member is integrally and monolithically formed in the body of the saddle.

Abstract: A pedestal chair storage enclosure (10) that is designed to be placed and maintained below the seat (102) of a pedestal type chair (100). The storage enclosure (10) is comprised of a box section (12) having at least one, and preferably two, hinged doors (24,26) and a half-circle slot (28) that extends into the box section's rear surface (22). A plurality of trays (50) are located within the box section (12) and are accessible via the doors (24,26). The half-circle slot (28) allows the storage enclosure (10) to securely interface with the pedestal that supports the pedestal chair (100), thereby accommodating and maintaining the support enclosure (10) beneath the pedestal chair's seat (102).

Abstract: When a safety belt storage assembly's storage is mounted to a main body of a child seat, the storage of the safety belt storage assembly may be selectively configured between an opened state and a closed state. When the storage of the safety belt storage assembly is configured at the opened state, a safety belt set stored within the housing can be taken out and further used to fasten the child seat to an adult chair. The opened state storage further prevents the child seat from mounting on a frame body. When the safety belt set is stored in the housing, the storage of the safety belt storage assembly can be configured to the closed state and the child seat is allowed to be mounted to the frame body.

Abstract: An embodiment of the invention is directed to a seat caddy having a single manipulation point for manipulating the fitting of the seat caddy to a suitable seat, such as a stadium seat or a lawn chair. Having a single adjustment point allows a user to more easily adjust and manipulate the seat caddy when engaging or disengaging a stadium seat and the like. Such a seat caddy allows for a simple cinching or uncinching of an adjustable cord when setting or removing the seat caddy when being used.

Abstract: A storage and advertising bag for a seat. In one embodiment, the bag includes a top pocket that slips over the top of a seat. On the other side of the bag is a top pocket that holds advertising material, and beneath that is a storage pocket for holding personal items of a user.

Abstract: A multifunction saddle structure, designed to be anchored to a bicycle frame. Includes a tapered front portion and a widened rear portion. Quick-connection means are provided for connection of bicycle accessories to the rear portion. The structure further has an ergonomically shaped peripheral edge, which is at least partly beveled and rounded and has no sharp edges, to define a comfortable and safe grip for a user to enable lifting and handling of the bicycle. The quick-connection means are located along the shaped edge.

Abstract: A fish receiving apparatus includes a housing that has a bottom wall and perimeter wall which is attached to and extends upwardly form the bottom wall. The perimeter wall has an upper edge defining an access opening into an interior space of the housing. The perimeter wall has a fill opening extending therethrough. A cover is removably positioned on the housing and covers the opening. The cover defines a platform for sitting on. A chute is attached to the peripheral wall and is in communication with the fill opening. The chute is angled downwardly toward the fill opening. Fish dropped into the chute fall into the interior space through the fill opening.

Abstract: A leaning post seat assembly includes a D-ring having a D-shape and a cross tube disposed in the D-ring for defining a rectangular boundary having long sides and short sides. Two side frames are removably attached at opposite ends of the D-ring and a crossbar is removably attached between the side frames. A seat cushion is pivotably attached to the crossbar and a soft-sided storage compartment is removably attached to the rectangular boundary.

Abstract: The portable combination cooler and cushioned seat is a cooler and seat combination configured for easy and quick attachment to a standard stadium bench. The cooler has an insulated six-sided housing with a drawer for storing food and beverages. Attached to the top of the housing is a set of seat mounting brackets, each with a collapsible back support, which facilitates mounting onto a standard stadium bench seat. A folding cushioned seat is attached to the top of the seat mounting brackets. The housing also includes a retractable table, an elastic side pouch and a detachable carrying strap.

Abstract: A frame for supporting a back pack and providing a seat structure is formed of a rigid assembly having side portions with four downwardly extending tubular leg members and includes spaced apart, paralleled, lateral members extending between the side portions. A leg extender is telescopically received in each of the four tubular leg members. A pad member having a lower horizontal surface is affixed to a lower end of each of the leg extenders. A locking member at the lower end of each of the tubular leg members provides adjustable spacing of the leg extenders. The frame is configured to receive a flexible back pack between the legs thereof and is adaptable to support a horizontal seat surface when the pad members are resting on the earth's surface.

Abstract: A portable seat is provided. The seat comprises a cushion device inside a pocket formed by an outer casing. A heat transfer device is carried by the cushion device and is inside the outer casing. The cushion may be reversed permitting the heat transfer device to be immediately adjacent the user or to provide at least a portion of the cushion between the heat transfer device and the user.

Abstract: There is provided a seat cover for accommodating a child safety chair upon a seat. The seat cover comprises a lower protective member which is disposable upon a seating portion of the seat. This lower member can accommodate the child safety chair when positioned in a rearward-facing direction to prevent it from permanently compressing the seating portion. The seat cover further comprises an upper protective member that is disposable against a seat-back portion of the seat. This upper member is selectively attachable with and detachable from the lower member. By doing so, the upper member can further prevent the chair from permanently compressing the seat-back portion when it is repositioned in a forward-facing direction and placed in contact therewith.

Abstract: A seat for use by a person bathing includes a horizontal surface supported by four legs. Each leg is connected to another leg to form a support assembly. Each support assembly is affixed to the underside of the horizontal surface. The seat also includes two guide rails which support a basket mounted on the underside of the horizontal surface. The basket may be slid out from either the front or rear of the horizontal surface. The guide rails are also used to reinforce the seat. In addition, the basket may be affixed to an edge of the horizontal surface to allow access by the user of the seat.

Abstract: A seating system is provided having a chair with a storage bay below the seat thereof and a cart-like ottoman which is storable within the storage bay. A connector arrangement is provided within the storage bay which positively engages the ottoman with the chair when the ottoman is rolled into the storage bay to a fully docked position. The chair and ottoman both include casters and the connector arrangement allows for both components to be moved simultaneously to a new position. In particular, preferably the chair includes casters on the front thereof and a handle on the back whereby lifting of the handle allows the chair as well as the docked cart to be tilted upwardly and rolled in unison to a new position.

Abstract: A retractable removable concession holder affixed to permanently attached seating that is commonly found in large capacity entertainment facilities. The concession holder is comprised of a concession container displaying advertising information, a mounting bracket and a seat attachment bracket and a seat attachment portion. The concession container is removably attached to the mounting bracket which is slidingly attached to the seat attachment portion. The seat attachment portion is permanently affixed to the underside of the seat in such a fashion that the concessions container can be brought form an operating position in between the seated patron's legs to a stowed position under the seat and out of the way of patron.
