The first side section is rotatably fit over a lower end of a first one of the front side bars or the rear side bars of the leg structures and the second side section is removably fit over a second one of the front side bars or the rear side bar of the leg structures.

The horizontal portion of the bracket includes a raised post and recess with sloped walls easily releasably seating with and disengaging from the underside of the seat portion. The seat includes a fully adjustable safety belt array, having a pair of parallel vertical shoulder belts releasably separately hooked to a pair of transverse belts. The latter are each adjustable in length.

    Abstract: This child seat comprises a plastic seat panel and a plastic leg opening cover, both of which are pivotally mounted on a transverse support wire, that itself is slidably mounted upon the rear panel of the cart. The forward edge of the seat panel interlocks with the pivotable metal seat support frame. The rear edge of the seat panel is locked onto the support wire by the leg opening cover, which snaps onto the wire. The leg opening cover has recesses for accommodating the support wire that have a restricted entrance portion through which the support wire must be forced.
