Resonant Vibrator Driven Patents (Class 299/37.2)
  • Patent number: 11850894
Abstract: A prime mover, such as a tractor, is disclosed. The prime mover includes a drivetrain, a driver assistance system, and a tire pressure control system. The tire pressure control system is equipped with pneumatic components for setting and adapting a tire pressure of at least one of the tires of the prime mover and an attachment to the prime mover. The drivetrain includes at least one drive motor, one gearbox, at least one power take-off, and at least one ancillary unit. The driver assistance system controls the tire pressure control system and includes a computing unit, a memory unit, and an input/output unit. In particular, the driver assistance system includes an automatic tire pressure controller that operates based on a characteristic curve and is configured for optimized control of the tire pressure control system depending on selectable control strategies and/or optimization target variables.

  • Patent number: 8870296
Abstract: Hydraulic hammer ripper for mechanical diggers of the type used to break and pry up hard features in the ground, such as stone, concrete, asphalt or such like and which comprises a tooth (1) attached to the headstock (5) on the mechanical digger by means of an array of attachment items (6) and which consists of, at least, a tooth (1), with its drive devices (2, 3) solidly attached to a power accumulator (4) whereby the assembly formed by the tooth (1), drive devices (2, 3) and power accumulator (4) is solidly attached to said tooth (1) and mounted on the longitudinal axis (7) of the tooth (1) whereby it is by means of said axis (7) that the striking of the ground is effected by means of the tooth (1) positions of withdrawn (A) and deployed (B).

  • Patent number: 8690261
Abstract: A hydraulic resonant breaking hammer is described that includes a hydraulic driving system, a vibration exciter, a control system, a linkage mechanism and a breaking hammer head. The hydraulic driving system includes a hydraulic motor, an electric-control hydraulic distributing valve, a hydraulic pump and an engine. The vibration exciter includes a box and at least one group of eccentric wheels. The control system includes a sensor, a microcomputer controller and the electric-control hydraulic distributing valve. The linkage mechanism includes a machine frame, a guide rail and a damper spring. The disclosure solves the problems of the existing engineering breaking devices, such as low efficiency, high noise, serious damages to the driving excavator caused by the reaction of an impact force and incapability of breaking large rocks.

  • Patent number: 6609762
Abstract: A hydraulically powered self-propelled stripping machine having an electric motor for providing oscillating motion to a cutting head member. The electric motor driving a hydraulic pump for pumping hydraulic fluid to a hydraulic motor for driving the wheels of the hydraulically powered self propelled stripping machine. The hydraulic system having forward and reverse as well as speed control valves for controlling the direction and speed of the hydraulically powered wheels or for stopping. The hydraulically powered self-propelled stripping machine also having a hydraulic pressure safety valve for protecting the machine and the objects it engages from damage.

  • Patent number: 6378951
Abstract: An electrohydraulic pavement breaker system having cavities (28, 30) which are filled with hydraulic fluid (oil) or gas, and which provide mass spring system which is resonant at a frequency which is especially adapted for breaking and rubblizing concrete pavement. The resonant mass (18) is in impacting relationship with the pavement through a shoe (12), which shoe (12) may be part of an assembly which is pivotally mounted on the support structure (10) of the breaker and is vibrated with the mass (18) to repeatedly impact the pavement at the rate of the resonant frequency. An electrohydraulic control system is responsive to the motion and average position of the mass of the vibrator and controls the driving force so as to be at the resonant frequency of the mass spring system and have the amplitude and energy suitable for breaking the pavement.
