Abstract: A hair design tool device having a handle, razor cartridge saddle and razor cartridge wherein the handle has a channel defining a closed edge and open edge defining a saddle sleeve for receiving the saddle in the closed position wherein the saddle is pivotally connected to the handle. The saddle defines a closed edge that mates with the handle channel and a channel for slidably receiving the razor cartridge which supports a razor and has a plurality of spaced prongs to define razor access openings with the edge of the razor being recessed in the frame for preventing inadvertent contact with the head or fingers. The razor cartridge may extend past the free end of the saddle for cutting thin strands of hair without pushing adjacent strands of hair. The handle may be fixed wherein the razor cartridge extends out one or both ends.

Abstract: A razor for supporting a razor blade comprising a blade support arm, a handle element, and a cover element coupleable with the blade support arm. The razor can removably support the razor blade between the blade support arm and the cover element. The blade support arm can have a recess formed therein, and the cover member can be coupled with the blade support arm adjacent to the recess. Additionally, the cover member can be rotatable relative to the blade support arm to allow easy removal and/or replacement of the blade.

Abstract: An attachment comb for a hair clipper includes a base portion constructed and arranged for releasably engaging the hair clipper, and a plurality of teeth extending from the base portion, each of the teeth including a body portion defined between an upper peripheral edge and a lower peripheral edge, a proximal end adjacent the base portion and a distal end opposite thereof, wherein the body portion includes at least one formation for retaining hair.

Abstract: A mechanical thinning razor includes a shank, a handle, a blade, a bladeguard, a driving member and a sliding member. When pushing an external surface of the driving member toward a hollow midsection of the shank, the bevel of the driving member forces the sliding member to move longitudinally over a distance that corresponds to a width of exposed segments or non-exposed segments, thereby doubling the working life of the blade.

Abstract: A haircutting machine by which a haircut may be performed without need of help from another person or a hairdresser in executing the work. The haircut is attained with the use of the machine, which consists of an oblong metallic plate ending in a handle, that has on each side a series of comb teeth specially formed in various shapes and lengths of teeth. The machine can be adjusted for haircutting in various depths, or to the respective shape of the scalp or any other hairy part of the human body. The possibility of adjusting the machine, as the case may be, can be further regulated by increasing or decreasing the distance between the cutting edge of the blade and the tip of the teeth by a proportionate transposition of the cutting blade along the comb's teeth by attaching the cutting blade on a moving bearer that can be slid along the comb's teeth and also can be fixed at the desired position.
