Abstract: The invention provides a circuit which provides a stabilized boosting in the case where a semiconductor device typified by a non-contact ID chip includes a circuit which requires a higher voltage than a logic circuit does. By inputting an alternating signal inputted from an antenna to a charge pump circuit as it is or through a logic circuit, a charge pump can operate with a stabilized frequency that a clock frequency is not affected by a variation of elements and the ambient temperature, thus a stabilized boosting can be provided.

  • Patent number: 7141892
Abstract: A power supply method and apparatus of a line interactive UPS utilizes a bi-directional AC/AC power converter in association with the AC delta control concept. When the line voltage coupled to the AC/AC power convert exceeds high/low statuses, the UPS is operated in a line voltage conversion mode, wherein the AC/AC power converter supplies a voltage to compensated the line voltage based on the stability of the line voltage, and then the compensated stable voltage is further provided to the load so as to perform the voltage boost (step-up) and/or voltage buck (step-down).

  • Patent number: 6816818
Abstract: A method of synchronizing at least one receiver module (MOD 1, MOD2), in particular a receiver module in a telecommunications network or in a network device of a telecommunications network, has the following steps: A first clock signal (TS 1) and a second clock signal (TS2) are sent to the at least one receiver module (MOD 1, MOD2). In addition, at least one item of master-slave-status information (MSX) about the at least one first clock signal (TS1) and/or the second clock signal (TS2) is sent to the at least one receiver module (MOD1, MOD2). Based on the item of master-slave-status information (MSX), the at least one receiver module (MOD 1, MOD2) selects the first clock signal (TS 1) or the second clock signal (TS2) as master synchronization signal for its synchronization.
