The exterior periphery is formed with a recess and interior hinges pivotably coupling the door frame assembly to the cabinet body. A mirror is received within the recess and exterior hinges mounted in the recess pivotably coupling the mirror to the door frame assembly.

Abstract: A fixture includes a medicine cabinet having a cabinet body and a door. The fixture includes a frame which includes a frame body having a recess sized and shaped to receive the door, and an overhang which extends along the upper portion of the door. The fixture can include a guide rail which is repeatably moveable between positions away from and extending over the lower portion of the door, and an adjustable container assembly carried by the door.

Abstract: A storage device mounted within a door frame is disclosed for storage and organization of fashion accessories or similar articles. The device comprises a door having an internal cutout, wherein an internal cavity is provided for storage of articles in a condensed space, which can be accessed via a second, cutout door. A full length mirror is mounted to the interior of the second door along with peg board to allow attachment of accessory hooks for hanging items. One or more hinged panels inside of the interior cavity provide separation of the internal cavity and increased surface area to allow attachment of additional hooks or attachment means. The back wall of the interior cavity also provides a location for further hooks and shelving for storage. The device may be provided within the interior of a larger door, or as a door insert adapted to be incorporated into an existing door.

Abstract: A sealed cabinet for clean rooms and other controlled environments includes a single unitary elastomeric gasket which surrounds a flange around the periphery of the front of the cabinet which acts to seal both the rear of the flange against the room wall and the closure door against the flange around the cabinet opening. The gasket has a tapered configuration that provides a smooth tapered peripheral edge in close conformity with the surface of the wall for easy cleaning and to avoid the accumulation of dust. Cabinet mounting means clamp against the inside surface of the wall and are actuated from the interior of the cabinet eliminating any exposed mounting hardware.

Abstract: In a closet with an upper shelf and a door opening defined laterally by two vertical door frame posts which extend to the ceiling, a box frame having a box frame opening and a box frame door system is installed between these posts and above the location of the door opening. The box frame is fastened either to the door frame posts or to the ceiling to provide an opening by which articles may be more readily placed on the upper shelf. The upper shelf within the closet may extend only for a portion of the depth of the closet leaving a gap between such shelf and the box frame thereby providing access to objects present on the shelf through such gap.

Abstract: Brackets for an office partition system permit the off-modular attachment of articles of furniture, such as cabinets, above the upper edges of panels in the partition system. The width of the furniture article may be either equal to, less than, or greater than the width of an underlying panel. Also, the location of the furniture article may be adjusted relative to the underlying panels such that the location of the furniture article is not determined by the size or position of an underlying panel to which the furniture article is attached.

Abstract: An overhead storage system for attachment to a ceiling includes a hollow housing, frame and a pair of pivots pivotally attaching a rear end of the frame to a rear end of the housing so that the frame pivots between a storage position wherein the frame is disposed generally coplanar with a ceiling surface and an access position wherein the frame is disposed at a predetermined angle relative to the ceiling surface. A latch assembly releasably secures the frame in the storage position. There is a storage container which is telescopically movable through an open front end of the frame between a retracted position wherein the storage container is substantially disposed within confines of the frame and an extended position wherein a front end of the storage container is disposed a predetermined distance from the open end of the frame.

Abstract: An in-ceiling cabling enclosure for supporting communications network equipment and cables interconnecting the network equipment including a front wall, a rear wall, and two side walls extending between the front wall and the rear wall creating a volume inside the enclosure. An access door assembly is pivotally connected to either the rear wall or the two side walls. The access door assembly pivots through an arc of ninety degrees between a first position opening the enclosure and a second position closing the enclosure. An equipment mount plate is attached to an interior portion of the access door assembly, and opposed equipment mount rails are removably attached to the equipment mount plate. The equipment mount rails are adapted to receive the network equipment and to secure the network equipment to the access door assembly.

Abstract: An enclosure for protecting and concealing a hydrant is provided. More specifically, the enclosure includes a box for integration into the wall and a replaceable fascia interconnected thereto. The fascia receives a door that is selectively opened and closed to expose the hydrant stored therein. In operation, the fascia and associated door may be removed and/or replaced without having to remove the entire box and hydrant.

Abstract: A stowable cup holder tray assembly is provided for a vehicle having an interior floor structure. The cup holder assembly includes a stowage compartment having a bottom portion with a plurality of opposing sidewalls extending therefrom and defining a stowage volume. The stowage compartment is mounted substantially adjacent to the interior floor structure. A cover member is hinged to one of said plurality of opposing sidewalls and operates to substantially close said stowage volume. A cup holder tray member is movable between a stowed position and a deployed position. The stowage volume is sufficiently configured to receive said cup holder tray member when in said stowed position. A vehicle incorporating the disclosed cup holder tray assembly is also provided. The cup holder tray assembly is configured to be sufficiently close to the floor when in the stowed position to provide limited barriers within the interior of the vehicle.

Abstract: An in-ceiling cabling enclosure for supporting communications network equipment and cables interconnecting the network equipment including a front wall, a rear wall, and two side walls extending between the front wall and the rear wall creating a volume inside the enclosure. An access door assembly is pivotally connected to either the rear wall or the two side walls. An equipment mount plate is attached to an interior portion of the access door assembly, and opposed equipment mount rails are removably attached to the equipment mount plate. A cable slack management tray extends between the opposed equipment mount rails, and the slack management tray has a surface adapted to support and maintain the position and the contour of cable bundles located in the enclosure. A thermal management system is also disposed in the housing to provide efficient exhaust of hot air generated by active equipment in the enclosure to the space outside of the enclosure.

In order to be able to latch the luggage compartment (10) in an elegant manner in its closed position, the pneumatic pressure spring (16) is a rigidly blockable pneumatic pressure spring with an externally controllable valve for selectively opening or shutting off the hydraulic system of the pneumatic pressure spring, and the hydraulic system of the pneumatic pressure spring (16) is shut off by means of the valve in the closed position of the luggage compartment (10).

Abstract: A system and method for a moveable cabinet apparatus. The cabinet apparatus includes a vertical bin having a shelving arrangement. The shelving arrangement is accessible from a first side of the vertical bin, and the vertical bin has an upper position and a lower position. The upper position is vertically offset from the lower position. The method involves the vertical bin movement being controlled by activating a motor to move the vertical bin between the upper position and the lower position. Other embodiments are also disclosed.

The two valve mount inserts may be individual valve mount inserts that are separately insertable into two of the openings or the two valve mount inserts may be joined together for insertion into at least one of the openings as a unit. A drain pipe may be connected to another opening in which the two valve mount inserts are not inserted. A twist on and twist off test cap may be used to seal off the drain pipe opening during pressure testing of a sanitary drainage system to which the drain pipe is connected.

Abstract: An in-wall storage apparatus for the sanitary storage of bathroom implements such as a plunger, toilet brush and cleansers is comprised of three primary components, namely: a housing mounted within a wall; a door assembly hingedly mounted to the housing; and a removable implement caddy slidably received within the door assembly. In a preferred embodiment, the caddy is slidably received within caddy receiving means located on the interior surface of the door. Caddy receiving means is preferably, but not essentially comprised of a shoe attached to the interior of the door and sized to accommodate at least a portion of the caddy. When in its open position, the door is preferably oriented at an incline of approximately 45 degrees to prevent the caddy and other contents from becoming accidentally dislodged and to provide a convenient position for removal of either the caddy or the implement stored therein.

The back panel of the tool box has a number of tool hangers attached wherein tools may be stored. The in-wall tool box is configured to mount between two studs of an interior wall. A portion of the wall covering is removed exposing the stud surface over a length corresponding to the height of the in-wall tool box. The flanges are coupled to the stud walls with fasteners and tool box extends into the volume between two studs. The flanges may have pre-drilled clearance holes to facilitate mounting of the tool box to the wall studs.

The frame further comprises a second sub frame having the same geometric configuration as said first sub frame, at least one section of said second sub frame being arranged to telescope with respect to said first sub frame. The second sub frame may be arranged for adjustable positioning relative to the first sub frame by means of said telescoping relationship with respect to the wall surface surrounding the said wall opening. The fixture is releasably attached to the second sub frame. Releasable securing means are provided for locking the first and second sub frames relative to each other in a predetermined position.

Abstract: An improved and concealed wall mounted soap storage device having a housing with an opening on one side, and a center rotating door closure member with a vertical wall that serves as a door, and a projecting soap tray that can rotate into the housing. The closure member is pivotally connected to the housing. The opening has stops that are raised dimples on the housing which restrain, but do not prevent rotation. The vertical wall is held in the open or closed position by the stops. When the vertical wall is pressed the vertical wall engages the restraining stops with sufficient force that the vertical wall moves past the stops and swing through the opening. As the vertical wall moves past the stops there is a snap. The soap tray can rotate into or out of the housing, whatever the case may be.

Abstract: An outdoor storage compartment with a housing having exterior rectangular side walls, an interior semicircular side wall, with an open-side, a center swinging door with an integral tray, and a magnetic closure. The door has a center elongate bearing, to hingedly rotate on an axial pin that is vertically spanning the open-side of the housing. The magnets in the magnetic closure are not in contact. When opened, the integral tray is conveyed from the protective interior of the housing to the exterior of the housing. As the door is opened it sweeps the interior semicircular side wall. The door has one radial length section that is slightly shorter than the second radial length section, where the radial length is the length of door measured from the elongate bearing to an end of the door. The shorter section and the integral tray can sweep through the interior of the housing, while the longer section is restrained.

Abstract: A gun safe is provided. The safe includes a computer system and is readily located and used by a home owner under the darkness of night. The safe permits a loaded ready-to-use firearm to be stored and accessed safely and quickly. The safe door opens silently and uses motive power provided by gravity. The safe door will open only when the safe correlates biometric data of an individual with biometric data stored in the memory of the computer system used to operate the safe.

Abstract: Apparatus for storing and concealing a toilet plunger in a bathroom wall. The storage apparatus comprises restraint means for compressing the toilet plunger cup or bulb and retaining it in a compressed state. In a preferred embodiment, the plunger cup or bulb is compressed to substantially less than its nominal diameter so that the storage apparatus may be substantially contained within the wall.

Abstract: The invention is an outdoor storage compartment. The major components are a housing having an interior with an open-side, a center swinging door with an integral tray, and a magnetic closure. The door can nominally be opened by pressing a designated push point near an end of the door, therein causing the door, which has a center elongate bearing, to hingedly rotate on an axial pin that is vertically spanning the open-side of the housing. The door can smoothly and easily be opened with the pressure of only one finger. The magnets in the magnetic closure are not in contact. When opened, the integral tray is conveyed from the protective interior of the housing to an easily visible position on the exterior of the housing. As the door is fully opened it sweeps through a rotational arc of about 180 degrees, so that an interior face of the door pivots to the exterior of the housing.

Abstract: Apparatus for permitting sanitary egress from a restroom having a wall, a doorway in the wall and a door in the doorway, the apparatus including a dispenser assembly adapted to contain and dispense a supply of sheets to a user prior to exiting the restroom and a disposal container assembly adapted to receive the supply of sheets upon exiting the restroom and located adjacent the doorway.

An enclosure mounts to the vehicle and supports the device. A bezel frame seals the enclosure to a surface of the vehicle and a rotatable window protects the device faceplate and operating controls. The window is manually rotated and latched into a closed configuration. Seals on the bezel frame bear against a front surface of the window and seals on the rear surface of the window bear against an interior surface of the bezel frame. When manually unlatched, the window rotates to its open configuration.

The side structure beams comprising a top section, a bottom section and a vertical support section connected together. A covering comprising a first side portion, a second side portion, a top portion, a bottom portion, and a front portion is attached over the substructure.

Abstract: A storage shed for attaching to the railing at the edge of a deck, such shed having an enclosure assembly mounted on the deck railing while being held in place by doors. The shed preserves deck floor space by hanging principally within and on the outside of the deck railing, and provides a stable storage container that may securely hold a variety of items. The shed can be finished to match the deck or the building to which the deck is attached. A plurality of shelves, hooks, drawers, pegboard, hangers, and partitions within the shed can be arranged for convenient storage of a variety of items.

The OIT provides a partition between an operator working in a harsh environment and a control computer and monitor in a conditioned environment. The retaining mechanism includes two support pads mounted to the back side of the partition. The support pads support the bottom portion of the monitor. A retaining strap is affixed to the back side of the partition. The retaining strap holds the monitor against the partition.

Abstract: A deal drawer apparatus (16) is used in carrying out transactions by transporting items between a service provider on a service provider side (34) of a wall (14) and a customer side (12) of the wall. The deal drawer apparatus includes a drawer assembly (76) with a movable drawer (92). The drawer may be moved by a mechanical drive (114) through a releasable connector (116). The drawer may be moved alternatively by connection of a handle (154) to the drawer such as through a releasable coupling (152). When the drawer is extended a customer is enabled to access the interior area of the drawer. Abstract: A hardened Operator Interface Terminal (OIT) in an environmentally harsh area interfaces with computer components such as a control computer and a computer monitor in a controlled environment that is separated from the harsh environment by a wall or door. A sealed front panel mounts on the front side of the wall or door, and is exposed to the harsh environment while the computer components mount on shelves that are located on the back side of the wall or door. One of the shelves holds the monitor and is adjustable to align the monitor with a touch screen panel that is sealed in a window in the front panel. The shelves provide easy access to the computer components for service. A pivoting keyboard tray on the front panel holds a keyboard and mouse, and is fully sealed. The OIT is easily disassembled and packaged into a compact size for shipping.

Abstract: A cabinet for storing a fire extinguisher in a residence, which cabinet is aesthetically compatible with typical residential decor. The cabinet has a sheet metal back box and an outwardly projecting flange bearing holes for receiving a wall anchor for securement to dry wall material. The open interior of the back box is dimensioned and configured to receive and store a fire extinguisher. A decorative door covers the interior of the back box and the fire extinguishers. In alternative embodiments, the door may be finished wood or finished metal. The door has hinges disposed to maintain the door in a fully open position and to urge the door closed if it is not in the fully open position. An alarm powered by a battery activates an audible or visible alarm when the fire extinguisher is removed.
