Abstract: An article exchange assembly for reducing transmission of pathogens includes a housing, which is mountable in an opening in a wall of a structure below a service window positioned in the wall. The housing extends from the opening into the structure and has a front face, which is open. A set of drawer slides is engaged to and positioned in the housing. The drawer slides are selectively extensible through the front face of the housing. A drawer is operationally engaged to the set of drawer slides. A plurality of fasteners is engaged to a tray, which is positioned in the drawer. The fasteners selectively engage article to the tray. A lift module selectively elevates the tray to positioned proximate to a top of the drawer so that the articles are accessible to a person seated in a vehicle positioned exterior to the structure and proximate to the service window.

Abstract: A pathogen containment shield comprises a plexiglass barrier to protect both employees on the one side of the barrier from infecting or being infected by customers on the other side of the barrier. The shield includes a vertical portion with an upper outwardly extending portion and side wings extending outwardly from the vertical portion in the direction of the customer. A hood mounted to the upper outwardly extending portion and including a tourmaline and antimicrobial infused filter, a fan designed to direct droplets into the filtration box at the base of the vertical barrier. The hood also includes an auto distance sensor and programmable auto timer to activate the fans and the filtration box when a customer approaches the shield and to turn off the operation a set time after the customer leaves. The filtration box includes a removable tourmaline and antimicrobial infused intake filter and pathogen killing UV-C light.

Abstract: A simulator device, comprising several components, in combination. There is an outer frame and an inner frame. The inner frame moves relative to the outer frame. The inner frame has two bevels which ride on two rollers to prevent cantilever of the inner frame. The bevels also provide a lifting of one end of the inner frame. There is an arcuate plate, which allows hydraulic rocking of a seat to about a six degree forward tilt or rearward tilt.

Abstract: A cabinet table has a cabinet body, a front face, an interior box, and a sliding mechanism permitting the interior box to slide out of the cabinet body. The front face is connected to the interior box and has a top front face and a bottom front face. The interior box has a plurality of table components which are moveable into a table surface.

Abstract: The invention relates to a barbecue comprising a carrier element, a grilling area being substantial horizontal orientated and being located at the top of the carrier element and a cover, wherein the cover can be positioned in a first position in which the grilling area is covered and in a second position in which the grilling area is accessible. To improve the functionality of such a barbecue, the invention suggests that means are provided to allow the cover to move from the first position into the second position, wherein the cover is pivoted during the movement from the first position into the second position around a horizontal axis and wherein the barycenter of the cover is moved from a first level to a second, lower level.

Abstract: A keyboard supporting member has a generally planar keyboard support surface whose orientation is adjustable. A keyboard engaging member defines aligned incline defining slots on opposite sides of a center section. A second, workstation engaging member allows the user to move the keyboard back and forth with respect to a workstation. This allows the user to move the keyboard between a storage position and an in use position. A linkage interconnects the two members for adjusting a relative position of the keyboard engaging member with respect to the workstation engaging member thereby allowing the keyboard position and orientation to be controlled by the user. The linkage includes a first elongated member having one end rotatably mounted to the workstation engaging member which has an arcuate slot at one end spaced from the end that is connected to the workstation engaging member.

Abstract: Interactive training apparatus is provided as a self-contained, mobile unit. The interactive training apparatus includes a program control unit and audio and video program transducing units responsive to respective program records. The program control unit includes a computer and a control program record. The various program records define a lesson of a training program and include program control information and audio and video program information. The apparatus includes a fold-out keyboard for limited access by an instructor-operator to organize or enroll the various learner-operators for the lesson. A video display monitor is provided on a movable shelf at the top of the cabinet. The learner-operator interfaces with the interactive training apparatus as to entry of information via a light pen device that provides visual display frame information to the central control unit.

Abstract: A table having a table top writing surface and adapted to house a concealed sewing machine and the like until needed, the table including a movable machine storing drawer having a lower surface above the normal knee level which sloped downward toward the rear, the machine being mounted on a plate arranged in the drawer with a lifting mechanism that moves the plate flush with the table top when the drawer is in its extended position and that moves the plate downward to bring the machine into a position within the drawer to allow the drawer to be pushed into its retracted position beneath the table top.
