Abstract: A shipping and display container includes a top box installable over a bottom box. The bottom box is configured to receive goods provided in the bottom box in an upright and folded orientation and includes a pair of opposed sidewalls and at least one elongate divider affixed to the bottom box and extending between the opposed sidewalls and configured so as to maintain the goods in the upright and folded orientation. The top box is installable upon the bottom box with the goods received therein in the upright and folded orientation for shipping of the goods and is removable from the bottom box after shipping. The bottom box and the divider cooperate to maintain the goods in the upright and folded orientation for display thereof after removal of the top box.

One end of the hanging hook is inserted in the perforation of the tool hanging board. A tool can be hung on the other end of the hanging hook. The cabinet body is a rectangular body composed of an upper, a lower, a front and a rear panels which define an interior space. The left and right sides of the cabinet body are formed with openings. The inner faces of the upper and lower panels are respectively formed with corresponding slide sections. Two edges of the tool hanging board are respectively inlaid in the slide sections, whereby the tool hanging board can be reciprocally moved out of or into the cabinet body from left and right sides thereof.

The front plate has an opening therein. Mounted to the frame in pivotal relationship is at least one bin which has an end plate, a retaining plate and opposing side plates. Mounted to the retaining plate is a rearwardly extending latch. A drawer is slidingly received within the frame through the drawer opening. The drawer has a handle extending upwardly therefrom. The handle of the drawer matingly fits with the latch of the bin to hold the bin in a closed position during transport of the toolbox. The bin may be opened by pulling thereon, the latch releasing from the handle upon the application of an opening force on the bin.

Abstract: A multi-use children's play set in the form of a simulated vehicle having an elongated, hollow body with front and rear ends and a pair of sides. One side is designed so as to have a plurality of openings with drawers slidably held therein. One of the drawers holds a futon, and a door is provided in the one side to allow a child to enter and exit from a seating area in the interior of the vehicle. A desk and seat for play or writing is provided at one end, while the front end is hollow and may be used for storage or to hold a further futon or mattress. One or more doors may be provided in the hollow front end of the vehicle to allow access into and out of the hollow interior thereof.

Abstract: A rolling toolbox is provided which has a generally rectangular frame. The frame forms an interior compartment and has a front plate with an opening therein, a rear plate and opposing end plates mounted thereon. The frame also has a top section mounted thereon which has a flat top surface and converging lower surfaces that extend into the interior compartment. Mounted to the frame in pivotal relationship are a pair of bins which each have an end plate, a retaining plate and opposing side plates. A number of holding members are mounted to the interior of the bins and a tray is removably housed within the bins on top of the holding members. A drawer is slidingly received within the frame through the drawer opening. The drawer has a pair of opposed ends which each have an outer perimeter corresponding to the shape of the drawer opening. The drawer has a holding plate mounted between the opposed ends in a recessed location from the outer perimeter.

Abstract: A slot cabinet and base unit of this invention are provided for maximizing the number of gaming machines within a given floor space. The invention minimizes required floor space by reducing the size of the gaming machine and also enabling a player to sit closer to the gaming machine. The slot cabinet has a narrowed profile which reduced its effective width. The slot cabinet further includes a rear member which complements another slot cabinet placed back-to-back, thus reducing the overall width of two slot cabinets placed back-to-back. The arrangement of the elements of the gaming machine placed within the slot cabinet helps to reduce the overall size of the slot cabinet. The base unit of this invention enables a player to sit closer to a slot cabinet mounted thereon. The base unit may be configured for receiving back-to-back slot cabinets thereon, or may be configured for receiving a single wall slot cabinet. The base unit and slot cabinet may both be modified to achieve weight reduction.

The front of the organizer (10) is provided with an assembly of bins (70) which, when released by a release mechanism (25) open to provide access to the contents of the bins (70). Side doors (53) are hingedly attached to one housing portion (12) and have a hook (60) thereon to carry hangable items of jewelry. A rear open compartment (42) likewise has hooks (51, 52) to carry similar items of jewelry. Like the bins (70), a top compartment (63) having a pivotal cover (64) can also carry smaller items of jewelry.

Abstract: A tool pack has a shape retaining shell enclosing a tool protective compartment. The shell includes first and second door members and a lid member which can pivot from a closed position, backward, to an open position. When the door and lid members are in the open position, the door members can be attached to the lid member to form a rigid structure. When in the open position and attached, the base of the door members prevents the pack from tipping backward and an inside surface of the lid member provides a stable work surface. The tool pack includes a removable shelf member and a small shelf pouch which can be attached to the shelf member. The shelf member may be installed in the tool protective compartment in a first position to form an open-ended cell for confinement of objects stored beneath the shelf or installed in a second position in which the space beneath the shelf is readily accessible.
