Abstract: An improved outdoor patio table with centrally secured outdoor patio heater, and methods of using the same are disclosed. The outdoor patio heater may be secured to the within the patio table without increasing the exterior perimeter of the patio table when securing or removing the patio heater. The patio table may be suitable for applications where there are a plurality of tables in a line and when a patio heater is removed frequently.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an adjustable dishwashing rack having a base member further having a base plate and at least two vertical walls, at least one lid and at least one removable end wall. At least one removable end wall is adjoined to at least two vertical walls of the base member forming an internal volume. A series of connection assemblies serve to adjoin at least one lid, at least one removable end wall and the base member in different configurations determined by the user of the adjustable dishwashing rack. When washing articles of different sizes, at least one lid may be variably inserted parallel to the base plate of the base member allowing for the user to select and control an internal volume of the adjustable dishwashing rack to match the size of at least one article to be washed within the adjustable dishwashing rack.

The dry storage unit further comprises more than one adjustable drying rack and a plurality of pole racks.

Abstract: A pop up storage system for a boat having an opening formed in a deck includes a cabinet beneath the opening in the deck. A drawer is mounted for vertical sliding movement into and out of the cabinet and defines a storage compartment movable between an open position and a closed position. A motion assistance arrangement extends between the cabinet and the drawer, and is configured for assisting in movement of the drawer relative to the cabinet between a raised position and a lowered position.

Abstract: A stool that can be concealed underneath a cabinet. The present invention includes a housing plate with tracks that facilitate the movement of a footplate. The footplate is attached to the housing plate such that the footplate can either be perpendicular or parallel to the face of the cabinet. When the footplate moves from the perpendicular position to the parallel position, it locks into place, providing a secure step.

Abstract: A cooler and tackle box combination includes a compartmentalized utility box, having a cooler section, a bait storage section, and a caddy section. The cooler section is provided with a cushioned seat attached to a top portion thereof. The cooler section is insulated and used to store and transport items desired to be maintained at certain temperatures. The caddy section is provided with trays and drawers to hold a plurality of tackle, fishing, or hunting gear. An outer side surface of the box is provided with a plurality of fastening mechanisms to removably secure fishing rods. The box is provided with an elongated pivoting and extendable handle and a plurality of wheels for transport.

Abstract: Embodiments of organizers for point-of-sale systems are disclosed. In one embodiment, an organizer includes a planar surface, a mounting bracket, a pole, and an adjustable arm. The pole illustratively fits within apertures in the planar surface and the mounting bracket, and the adjustable arm is connected to the pole and to a monitor mounting plate. In another embodiment, an organizer includes a surface, a mounting bracket, and a monitor support. The surface is configured to be positioned above a cash drawer and is held in place utilizing a front lip and side lips. The mounting bracket is configured to be positioned below the surface and behind the cash drawer. The monitor support passes through apertures in the surface and the mounting bracket, and is configured to position a monitor relative to the cash drawer.

This embodiment uses individual panels, joined at intersections to form a composite self-supporting structure. The structure is configured to offer its top surfaces as a worktable. Equipment and supplies that are stored inside the compartments are engaged into useful position by means of leverage, pulleys, and mechanical advantage. The configuration of the structure enables dangerous and unwieldy equipment to be easily and safely used with proper off-feed surfaces and stable support in any location to which it is transported. The focus of this embodiment is towards woodworking. The compact scale of the structure enables conventional compact vehicles to make the invention mobile.

Abstract: A storage rack for stemmed glasses and other containers having apertures with chamfered edges forming sockets for reception of the bases of inverted stemmed glasses. Access slots to the apertures are non radial with respect to the center of the apertures and are preferably tangential to the apertures. A pivotally mounted serving/mixing tray overlies the bases of the stemmed glasses to positively hold them within their sockets with positive holddowns or keeper members positioned to maintain the tray top in place. The rack may be wall mounted or adapted to be supported on a table top or the like and may be provided with carrying handles. In one embodiment, the storage rack is combined with a wine bottle rack having a cradle comprised of wedge shaped support members with contact surfaces inclined at less than 45° to the vertical. The bottles are thus supported above the surface of the shelf and the weight of the bottles themselves holds the them in tight engagement within the cradle.

Abstract: A washing machine lid having a lid frame is provided with the lid frame including a forward edge, a rear edge, at least first and second opposite side edges, and upper surface and a lower surface. A housing is detachably mounted to the lid frame by a bracket assembly. The bracket assembly retentively engages the lid frame. At least one isecuring member retentively engages the housing and also retentively engages the bracket assembly for attaching the housing to the lid frame.

The ball container is arranged and configured to accommodate the ball to be stored in the apparatus. A mouth, arranged and configured for a ball of the type to be stored in the ball storage to pass therethrough, is disposed toward the upper portion of the ball container. An opening, arranged and configured for the ball of the type to be stored in the ball keeper to pass therethrough, is disposed in the wall and toward the lower portion of the ball container.

Abstract: A storage chest comprises: opposing front and rear walls; opposing side walls connecting the front and rear walls, wherein each of the side walls includes a recess having upper and lower horizontal surfaces and a vertical panel extending therebetween; and a shelf including a main panel. The shelf is pivotally attached to at least one of the rear wall, front wall and side walls and is movable between a raised position, in which the main panel is generally upright, with a front edge of the main panel being located above the rear edge, and a lowered position, in which the main panel is generally horizontally disposed and the shelf rests upon the upper horizontal surfaces of the side wall recesses. In this configuration, the shelf can be moved to the raised position so that the lower rear portion of the cavity defined by the front, rear and side walls can be easily accessed and can be used to store items that would not fit beneath a permanently mounted shelf.

Abstract: A device for the storage and stretching of resilient headbands of the type having two sides joining to form a curved top. The device is described in various embodiments, providing ample storage for a myriad of hair care and styling items typically possessed by ladies and young girls. A frame closely receives the headbands and secures them separately from the various interior and exterior drawers or compartments. Both vertical and horizontal frame positions are described and both are supported by either fixed structure or by a fixed or rotatable base. Both straight and curved frames are provided.
