Abstract: A delivery container is designed to fit into the rear passenger compartment of a vehicle, such as an autonomous vehicle (AV) that makes deliveries without a human driver. The delivery container includes a base, two sides, and a top. The sides are angled and the top is smaller than the base, which creates a large opening that is easy for a user to access and can adequately store large or bulky goods. The delivery container may be accessed from either side of the vehicle, and may include a drawer for moving items from one side of the vehicle to the other, so that items may be easily accessed from either side.

Abstract: A drying device is provided. The device includes a frame having a base portion with a plurality of supporting castor wheels. A front support and a rear support extend upwardly from opposing ends of the base portion. A horizontal bar is affixed between the upper ends of the front and rear supports. The horizontal bar may include various configurations of hooks and extending rods for hanging sports equipment and garments for storage and drying. The height of horizontal bar can be adjusted by a push button adjuster. A flexible transparent cover is removably securable around the frame. A forced air heater is disposed on the base portion of the frame. The forced air heater includes a temperature control, a timer control, and a tip-over switch. The device further includes an ozone generator with a timer control for deodorizing the contents of the bag during the drying process.

Abstract: A workstation assembly that can be opened when needed is disclosed. When closed, the workstation assembly can be aesthetically pleasing and can have a reduced footprint. When opened, the workstation assembly can include a deployable screen system capable of deploying an interior screen from a door section of the workstation assembly. The screen can provide a backdrop for videoconferencing, can provide improved isolation (e.g., sound isolation, visual isolation, shared airflow isolation, and the like) for an individual within the opened workstation assembly. The deployable screen system can also include an exterior screen for providing an aesthetically pleasing exterior and improved isolation while the workstation assembly is in use. The workstation assembly can also include a surround frame with openings and light sources to provide diffuse illumination to the environment surrounding the workstation assembly, which can be especially useful when natural light is unavailable.

Abstract: A shelf for a household refrigeration appliance has a shelf plate, which has a first plate element and a separate second plate element, which is arranged next to the first plate element in a use position in the widthwise direction of the shelf to form the a continuous shelf plate and which can be removed non-destructively to make the shelf plate smaller. The shelf further has a carrier frame, which only borders the edges of the shelf plate. The carrier frame is only configured around three sides of the shelf plate and has a rear frame element and two opposing side frame elements.

Abstract: A space efficient lavatory module for commercial aircraft includes an aft facing concave wall recess that provides a greater distance from an upper, forward facing portion of a cabin structure, such as an aircraft passenger seat to avoid having a passenger's head impact the aft facing lavatory or enclosure wall in a sudden aircraft deceleration. The aft facing concave wall recess also provides space for mounting of a protective cushion, in order to reduce a passenger's risk of head trauma in a sudden deceleration, as well as other items, such as a video monitor, a bassinet or infant bed, without inhibiting passenger movement.

Abstract: In one example, a shelf includes a shelf lock positioned within a spring retention pocket of the shelf. The shelf lock includes a main body that includes a spring retention slot to accommodate a spring and an opening to accommodate a pressure component. The shelf lock includes a retractable tab to be inserted into an enclosure to prevent movement of the shelf when mounted in the enclosure. The spring to exert an outward force to insert the retractable tab into the enclosure and the retractable tab to be retracted by an inward pressure.

Abstract: A cash drawer has a weighing module comprising a plurality of cups; the cash drawer has a front and a rear. The cups are arranged such that four prone note cups, five coin cups and two vertical note cups are provided. The four prone note cups are arranged rearwards of the five coin cups and forwards of the two vertical note cups. A weighing module for a cash drawer is also provided, which comprises a plurality of note cups and coin cups arranged on respective load cells. At least some of the cups are movable relative to respective load cells on which they are arranged.

The drawer includes a flexible cover that can be detachably positioned by positioning grooves formed on the top of side walls of the drawer. When in a first position, the flexible cover forms a holder that can be used to hold soft food. When in a second position, the flexible cover is used to cover the open top of the drawer and thereby can preserve freshness of food stored under the flexible cover within the drawer.

Abstract: An earthquake-activated shelf security system has two guide rails attached to both sides of a shelf or pallet rack. At least one retainer is moveably constrained to move along the guide rails by a rotating loop located on each end of the retainer. The guide rail has a retainer rest portion and allows the retainer to rest in a prepared configuration without moving down the rail unless acted upon by a shaking event such as an earthquake. A movable backstop is located along a back portion of the retainer rest portion. The position of the rest stop can be adjusted to adjust the sensitivity of the system to earthquakes. The guide rails have retainer stops located at selected positions to keep the retainer from moving past. In one embodiment two retainers are provided and in another embodiment, a mesh is provided to contain items that would otherwise fall through.
