Abstract: The drawer rail assembly is belonging to the field of furniture. This invention includes fixed rail, intermediate rail, outer pull-out rail, the first retainer and the second retainer. The outer pull-out rail has the first bending part and the second bending part. There are third bending part and forth bending part in the intermediate rail's vertical plane. There is a first ball bearing between the first bending part and the third bending part. There is a second ball bearing between the second bending part and the forth bending part. This invention ensures comprehensive supports among rails, reducing potential gaps to the minimum, improving the feeling to pull and push drawer. It adapts to be set in any furniture.
Abstract: A sliding rail coupling structure includes an outer rail, an intermediate sliding rail slidable in and out of the outer rail and having two longitudinal sliding grooves at two sides, sliding bearing bushes coupled to and movable along the intermediate sliding rail, each sliding bearing bush holding a plurality of roller cylinders that are kept in contact between the top wall of the intermediate sliding rail and the top wall of the outer sliding rail and a plurality of rolling balls that are respectively kept in contact between the longitudinal sliding grooves of the intermediate sliding rail and the sidewalls of the outer sliding rail, a roller holder affixed to the intermediate sliding rail to support two support rollers that are respectively in contact with two bottom flanges of the outer sliding rail.
Abstract: A slide has a pair of identical longitudinally extending and profiled rails each having at least one flange forming two longitudinally extending tracks. The rails are interfitted with the tracks of one rail transversely confronting the tracks of the other rails. Respective longitudinally extending rows of balls engaged in the tracks between the rails.
Abstract: The fully extendible drawer unit comprises two pairs of, in each case, three rails (1, 25, 45) which can be pushed into one another. On the carcass rail (1) is positioned a differential roller (9), which allows the intermediate rail (25) to be moved along, when the drawer starts to be pulled out, at a lower speed than the drawer and the drawer rail (45). A coupling lever (55) ensures that the intermediate rail (25) is still pulled along even when the drawer rail (45) has already left the differential roller (9) and that this happens synchronously.
