    Abstract: A telescopic rail includes a first section and at least a second section with intermediate bearings. The second section may be adjusted with respect to the first section in the longitudinal direction between a retracted and an extended position. On the first section, a blocking unit is provided for blocking the freedom of movement of the second section with respect to the first section at least in the extended position. The blocking unit includes a swivel body controllable by at least one operating part extending at least partially between the relevant sections. The swivel body is placed in a first position between the first and second sections and can be moved into a second blocking position by the operating part or parts. The swivel body may extend, by a blocking part thereof, at least partially through an opening into or behind an edge of the second section.

    Abstract: An improved bearing retainer and a guide block for use with drawer slides having multiple slide members. The bearing retainer comprises a connecting member and upper and lower flanges, with apertures to house bearings, extending from the top and bottom of the connecting member. Extending from the middle portion of the connecting member is an extending member with a protrusion therein. In the alternative runners connecting the upper and lower flanges to the connecting member, have protrusions therein. The protrusion or protrusions lodges into a recess or recesses in a guide block attached to an intermediate or outer slide member as the bearing retainer approaches the guide block during the disconnect activity. The guide block comprises of stops to halt movement of the bearing retainer towards the guide block and to guide an inner slide member to engage the bearing retainer.

A rail controller is configured to control the slidability of the rails relative to one another. The rail controller is advantageously mounted in a press-fit fashion to one of the rails. The rail controller comprises a body having an alignment member extending outward from a mating surface for positioning the rail controller on the rail. A pair of interlock members are attached to the main body and are configured to be mounted between roll forms of one of the rails. Advantageously, the interlock members are configured to flex toward one another to reduce the width of the main body during mounting.
