The drawer face converter module includes (i) a forward portion having a width which is between about ½ inch and about 1 inch greater than the width of the drawer opening and a height which is between about ½ inch and about 1 inch greater than the height of the drawer opening, and (ii) a rearward portion having a width between about 1/16 inch and about 1/4 inch less than the width of the drawer opening, a height between about 1/16 inch and about ¼ inch less than the height of the drawer opening and a depth between about ? inch and about 1 inch.

The device holder and storage compartment are in the form of a slidable drawer that is concealed within a dashboard when in a closed position and extended from the dashboard when in an open position. The drawer has a generally horizontal bottom surface, a front end wall, a back end wall oppositely disposed from the front end wall, a first side wall and a second side wall adjoining the front end wall and the back end wall. All the walls are generally vertical in orientation. The drawer also has a generally vertical dividing wall spaced apart from the front end wall. A front cover can be moveably attached to the drawer proximate the front end wall and move between a closed position and an open position.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a device for attaching a front panel to drawer frames, each of which has a recess on its face in which a block attached to the front panel, which has holding parts delimiting a groove, may be inserted on any side of the drawer in such a way that the front ends of the drawer frame are enclosed on both sides by the holding parts and are locked by attachment means which penetrate the recess.
