Abstract: A pad includes a support structure for supporting a mechanical device. The support structure includes a horizontal layer supported by vertical members. The pad also includes a leveling mechanism for leveling the pad. The leveling mechanism can include first, second, third and fourth leveling legs near a first, second, third and fourth corner, respectively of the pad. The leveling legs can be screwed into or out of the pad such that during installation of the mechanical device, an installer can level the pad by screwing in or out the first, second, third and fourth leveling legs until the pad is level.

Abstract: A filter that may increase and extend, the bass frequency response of a speaker of an audio device. The filter may be space-efficient. The filter may be part of a device that does not necessarily have a large rear cavity and that does not necessarily have porting and/or passive radiating. The low-frequency extension filter may be used, for example, with a smaller rear cavity while essentially simulating the acoustic effects of a much larger rear cavity. The low-frequency extension filter may include a plurality of acoustic pathways, such as tubes, which may wind around along a tortuous path and which may resemble a labyrinthine design. The tubes may be selected to resonate with particular predetermined low frequency channels. For example, the tubes may be approximately a quarter wavelength of the center of the corresponding frequency channel, or even slightly shorter.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a record player with a cabinet, a speaker, a movement base-plate, and a movement, wherein the cabinet contains a first opening and a second opening, the first opening being positioned on a side surface, a bottom surface or a top surface of the cabinet, and the second opening being positioned on the top surface of the cabinet; the speaker is positioned at the first opening and is electrically connected to the movement; and the movement base-plate is positioned at the second opening and includes a recessed part in which the movement is placed. The record player of the present invention includes a built-in speaker and a good resonance chamber formed therein, therefore the sound quality played by the record player can be effectively improved.

Abstract: This disclosure relates to speakers and more specifically to an array speaker for distributing music uniformly across a room. A number of audio drivers can be radially distributed within a speaker housing so that an output of the drivers is distributed evenly throughout the room. In some embodiments, the exit geometry of the audio drivers can be configured to bounce off a surface supporting the array speaker to improve the distribution of music throughout the room. The array speaker can include a number of vibration isolation elements distributed within a housing of the array speaker. The vibration isolation elements can be configured reduce the strength of forces generated by a subwoofer of the array speaker.

Accordingly, the movable face is moved quickly and smoothly in the initial stage while improving safety in the subsequent stage.

When only a bezel surrounding the screen is visible, all controls are made through a control center unit of the audio/video entertainment center, so that the user must have a high degree of knowledge about the overall system, whereas when the bezel and a control panel are visible, the user need not extensively involve himself with the audio/video entertainment center except to control the audio portion of the program. When confronted with an unsophisticated or underage user, a speaker grill is provided in addition to the bezel and control panel, so that no interaction with the audio/video entertainment center is required by the user in order to enjoy a video and audio program.
