    Abstract: The invention relates to a method for recording the position, location or movement of a body part of a patient and a device for recording the position, location or movement of a body part or a medical instrument. According to the invention, a graphic marker is connected with the body part or the instrument and an image of the body comprising the graphic marker is generated by an image recording camera (5, 6, 7). The image is processed by a processor device (14) as an image file. The invention is characterized in that at least one geometric size characteristic of the graphic marker is known, wherein the processor device (14) determines the position, location and/or movement of the graphic marker in the three-dimensional space and in a quantitative manner relative to the image recording camera (5, 6, 7) by means of the known size characteristic.

    Abstract: A gas-flow indicator has an elongate housing defining a gas flow chamber between first and second ends, with an annular indicator within the chamber from the first end over part of the length enabling gas to pass along a bore through the indicator. The indicator is spaced from a sidewall of the housing, defining an annular space. A concealment member is movable from the first end by gas flow through the chamber, against a biasing towards the first end and has a skirt receivable into the space to seal at the first end, while the other end of the concealment member defines an opening resisting gas flow. The skirt is hold-able to conceal the indicator at a housing window. Increasing gas flow achieves pressure to overcome the bias, and the concealment member moves towards the second end, exposing the indicator member through the window, to indicate gas flow.

    Abstract: A device of depth index of a planing machine includes a bottom base, an upper base, an index device and a sensor device. The upper base is fitted with an index device at a preset position in the front. A push rod is pushed up to activate the index device to show a planing depth. The sensor device includes a sensing strip pivotally connected to a preset position under the upper base. As soon as contacting with a wood material moving on the bottom base, the sensing strip will rotate for a preset angle and prop up the push rod to let it activate the index device to show a numerical value of planing depth. As the sensing strip is elongate, a wood material moving on the bottom base can immediately sensed by it, no matter what size or where or how it is placed, obtaining effect of wholly sensing the wood material being planed and ensuring measuring precision.

The string is secured to the cutter carriage at one end. The height indicator further includes an urging member interconnecting the work table and the other end of the string. The string has a reference segment that extends between the ends of the lever and that is exposed from the lever so that the moving distance of the reference segment can be measured with reference to the lever.

The shaft extends rotatably and is mounted vertically and movably on the pointer-retaining case, and has a lower contact end abutting against the machine base.
