Attachable To Hand (e.g., Finger) Patents (Class 34/95.2)
  • Patent number: 9567562
Abstract: An algae dryer defines an insulated and heated stationary drum within which is positioned a rotating arm extending an axial sprayer to spray a coat of algae on the inside of the drum with a second integrated opposing arm axially extending an offset scraper which engages the inner perimeter of the drum surface and removes the algae from the interior of the drum, depositing the dry algae scrapings into the bottom of the drum through a slot, further directing the harvested algae through an auger to a packaging or processing location.

  • Publication number: 20110061257
Abstract: An accessory drying insert system consisting of a flexible cylinder shaped body made of cloth fabric which is filled with reusable desiccant beads. A fabric loop is attached at one end to facilitate removal from object being dried. The cloth wicks the moisture so it is drawn to the desiccant, where the desiccant traps the moisture. The desiccant beads are packed within the cylinder shaped body tight enough to give it shape, but loose enough to make the insert flexible like a bean bag in order to allow for easy installation and removal from the accessory being dried. The flexibility of the insert allows the drying system to be used for a multitude of accessories including boots, shoes, socks, gloves, waders, helmets, hats, gear bags, and sleeping bags. The desiccant beads allow for easy regeneration by placing the insert in direct sunlight, near or on a heat source, or by heating in a microwave oven.

  • Patent number: 7717104
Abstract: A device comprising an improved electrical hot-air gun for fast ignition of the charcoal-bed of a barbeque charcoal grill for home use having a very short distance between the front of the hot-air gun and the electrical heating wire of the heating assembly and a very high outlet temperature. The hot-air gun also has a scraper mounted on the igniter/heater front to be able to aid in cleaning the grating of a BBQ grill.

  • Patent number: 7350316
Abstract: A system and apparatus for cleaning a substrate is provided. The system includes a first head configured as a bar shape that extends approximately a diameter of the substrate. The first head is configured for placement on a first side of the substrate. A second head is also provided, and is configured as a bar shape that extends approximately the diameter of the wafer, and the second head is configured for placement on a second side of the substrate, such that the second side is opposite the first side. In this example, each of the first head and the second head have conduits formed therein along the diameter of the substrate for delivering and removing fluids so that a meniscus is capable of being contained between each of the first head and a substrate surface of the first side of the substrate and the second head and a substrate surface of the second side of the substrate.
