Abstract: A portable device has a display, a display processor displays a magnification image on a screen of the display, and an input device. The portable device further has a display-area shift processor that shifts the magnification-image-display area in accordance to an input operation administered to the input device, and a position sensor that detects an angle of inclination of the body. Then, The display processor changes the magnification-image-display area to an image area that is inclined by an angle corresponding to the angle of inclination, and the display-area shift processor changes shift directions of the magnification-image-display area from vertical and lateral directions of the original image to directions that are perpendicular to each other and correspond to inclined vertical and lateral directions rotated by the angle of inclination.

Abstract: A system helps filter and correct video captured and streamed from a mobile device. In particular, the system detects and streams content shown on screens, allowing anyone to stream screen content immediately without needing to develop hooks into external software (i.e. without installing a screen recorder software in the computer). The system can use a variety of user-selectable techniques to detect the screen, and utilizes the mobile device's touchscreen to allow users to manually override detected corners. However, some of these approaches could potentially be applied to other types of content, such as identifying TV screens, appliance LCD screens, other mobile devices' screens, multifunction devices. (e.g. a remote technician could help troubleshoot a malfunctioning MFD by having the end-user point his cellphone to the LCD screen of the MFD).

Abstract: A candidate image presenting method using thumbnail images and an image signal processor and an imaging device performing the candidate image presenting method are provided. The image signal processing device processes a plurality of original image data by frames to generate a plurality of frame image data, generates and firstly outputs a plurality of thumbnail image data corresponding to the plurality of frame image data, and secondly outputs the frame image data corresponding to the thumbnail image data selected on the basis of a selection signal. Accordingly, it is possible to enable an image to be captured in a suitable photographing mode without missing a desired instant by providing a user with thumbnail images obtained by means of photographing operations in various photographing modes for a short time and causing a user to select a desired frame image on the basis of the thumbnail images.
