Abstract: A sign post cover comprised of a series of segments that are stacked fit around a traffic control sign post. Segments have on a side facing the same direction as the sign on the sign post differing visual patterns that alternate between successive segments. A rear side of each segment includes an alternate pattern. This allows an observer from any direction to determine the nature of the sign and the direction which that sign faces.

Abstract: Reflective accessories for increasing the visibility of persons engaged in night-time (or other low-light) activities. Reflective accessories include a mechanism configured for attachment of the accessory to an object associated with the person engaging in a low-light activity by looping the accessory around at least a portion of the object and twisting the mechanism about itself to thereby secure the accessory to the object, and a flexible body supported by the mechanism and having an outer surface with a portion configured to reflect light to a degree that the portion is generally more visible than the object to which the accessory is attached when a light source is directed at the accessory and the object.

Abstract: The subject invention comprises a light-reflective device comprising an article made of light-reflecting material to which is attached fastening means rotatably mounted thereto. Because of the moveable features of the fastening means of the subject invention, the article may be attached to varying objects in varying positions with respect thereto. For example, the reflective device may be worn by a jogger on his or her clothing. In addition, the device may be easily attached to a sneaker or a sock or a bicycle or a baby carriage and the like. Furthermore, because the reflective surface moves in varying positions relative to the fastening means, as the object to which it is attached moves (for example, a jogger), light, impacting upon the surface of the light-reflective device, is reflected in a pulsating manner thereby rendering the object more visible to an oncoming observer.

Abstract: An enhanced daytime and nighttime visibility marker for electrical lines is disclosed in two embodiments. Both embodiments are shaped to give visibility from all angles and to allow smooth covering with retroreflective tape. One embodiment includes a continuous burning interior light for maximum nighttime visibility.
