  • Patent number: 7282833
Abstract: A stator assembly of a motor for a head drum is provided to generate a driving force disposed opposite to a motor rotor. The stator motor includes a double sided flexible printed circuit (FPC). A signal line is formed in a pattern is formed on both sides of the flexible printed circuit (FPC) for inputting an electrical signal. A plurality of wound driving coils are connected to a first side of the flexible printed circuit (FPC) to electrically connect with the signal line. A yoke is connected to a second side of the flexible printed circuit (FPC).

  • Publication number: 20040075951
Abstract: A head drum assembly of a tape recorder is disclosed. A rotor case is directly bonded to a rotary drum, a spacer interposed between a magnet yoke and a stator coil of a motor stator is removed, and a predetermined gap is formed between the magnet yoke and the stator coil. As a result, it is possible to remove a rotor bush and a spacer from the component list of the conventional construction and to exclude the assembling steps thereof, whereby assembling the head drum assembly is easier and the cost of manufacturing is reduced.
