Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a charging device, which comprises an energy storage module, an output interface, a detection unit, a switch module, a control module, and a capacitor. The output interface is configured to be electrically coupled to a load. The detection unit detects electrical parameters of the load and the energy storage module. The switch module is electrically coupled between the energy storage module and the output interface. When the load is electrically coupled to the output interface, the control module turns on the switch module based on the electrical parameters of the load and the energy storage module, to switch on an electrical connection between the energy storage module and the output interface. The capacitor is configured to keep the switch module in an on state steadily when the control module turns on the switch module. The present disclosure also discloses an emergency starting method.

Abstract: Magnetic latching valves have a housing with first and second ports in controlled fluid communication with one another. Enclosed within the housing is a linearly translatable armature within a solenoid. The armature is movable between open and closed positions and is connected to a poppet valve. A permanent magnet is fixedly seated at a position for magnetically latching the armature in the open position, and a spring is seated with a first end against the poppet valve and a second end against the housing. The spring biases the poppet valve closed when the armature is in the closed position and has a pre-selected spring rate that mechanically relieves pressure if the spring rate is exceeded. The armature is moved to the open position after a pulse of voltage to the solenoid and is in an unpowered state thereafter. Vehicle fuel refueling system are disclosed that include a magnetic latching valve.

  • Patent number: 10848044
Abstract: The invention is an electromagnetic inertial force generator that provides a linear output with improved compactness and reliability because it has no radial gaps and only on pair of axial gaps. Radial permanent magnet rings are directly in contact with inner and outer flux cylinders to provide magnetic bias. The magnetic bias flux flows across two axial air gaps to a supporting flux return structure. A current conducting coil drives magnetic flux across the same axial air gaps. The magnetic bias flux is in opposite directions across the two air gaps while the coil flux across the two gaps is in the same direction. The combination of bias flux and coil flux cancels in one gap and add in the other gap producing a net force on an inertial mass and an equal and opposite force on the supporting structure. The resulting force is linear with current through the drive coil.

Abstract: Divergent flux path magnetic actuation is a technique employed to move and magnetically hold an armature in electromechanical actuator devices. These actuators are typically used for linear and reciprocating application with a shaft firmly fixed to the armature to convey movement and forces. By incorporating a bearing in the armature about the shaft, rotation can also be conveyed. Further these actuators are more adaptable to energy saving applications than conventional solenoids, specifically when the control coils are parallel connected to reduce the input voltage from a power source and electrically pulsed activated from a capacitor to reduce the power drain from the power source. Thus a divergent flux path magnetic actuators with reciprocating and rotatable shaft can be used for multipurpose applications and be adapted to a variety of devices for energy savings over convention solenoids.

Abstract: When a power source voltage is applied to a switch control section, a control signal is supplied from the switch control section to a transistor. The transistor is placed in an ON state during a period of time corresponding to a pulse width of the control signal. The power source voltage is applied as a first voltage to a solenoid coil. On the other hand, when supply of the control signal to the transistor is stopped, the transistor is placed in an OFF state. A voltage-generating section generates a DC voltage, which is lower than the power source voltage. The transistor applies the generated DC voltage as a second voltage to the solenoid coil.
