    Abstract: A load control apparatus outputs a PWM signal to a switching element to control a load. The switching element is connected between a power supply and a grand in series with the load. An abnormal increase detecting unit outputs an abnormal increase detection signal when detecting abnormal increase in applied voltage, which is applied to the load, relative to target voltage. An abnormal decrease detecting unit outputs an abnormal decrease detection signal when detecting abnormal decrease in the applied voltage relative to the target voltage. An operating state monitoring unit outputs a normally operating signal when the load normally operates. A signal combining unit generates a combined signal by combining the abnormal increase detection signal, the abnormal decrease detection signal, and the normally operating signal and outputs the combined signal via a common signal output terminal.

An error detection section applies inputs from the temperature detecting elements, captures a trend of the differential value based on the plurality of temperature inputs using period sampling wherein an error associated with the semiconductor device, and not from some other condition such as outside environment temperature, is determined based on differences from, or a change in, the initial trend.

    Abstract: A door opener error-start prevention device, the output shaft of the door opener is formed as a hollow accommodation portion, a pair of axial sliding slots are formed on the periphery, and a sliding pin radially inserted; a pair of elastic elements, abutting against the sliding pin from both ends, the outer end of each elastic element fixed by a bolt; a sprocket assembly is rotationally invaginated on the output shaft, one end having a sprocket , the other end formed with a pair of V-shaped slots corresponding to the sliding slots on the output shaft, both ends of the pin engage in the V-shaped slot to drive the sprocket. When an error start of the door occurs, the door returns to the original position by actuation of an obstacle sensing device actuated by the sliding pin, the sensitivity of which is adjusted by a bolt at the outside of the output shaft.

    Abstract: Electronic circuitry provides protection for refrigeration machines by continuously monitoring supply voltage conditions and various other conditions. Information regarding abnormalities detected in the refrigeration machines or supply voltage is stored in a memory. The stored information may then be downloaded from the memory by a service technician. The electronic circuitry is universal and can therefore be used with various refrigeration machines. Further, the efficiency of a low temperature storage cabinet is enhanced by cycling the evaporator motor in comparison to a compressor percentage run time. Other factors are also considered in the running of the reach-in cabinet evaporator fan.

    Abstract: First FET power transistors of first power amplifying parts and second FET power transistors of second power amplifying parts form current paths from a DC power source to three-phase windings. Three-phase first amplified current signals varying smoothly in rising and falling slopes are supplied to conduction control terminal sides of the first power amplifying parts. Three-phase second amplified current signals varying smoothly in rising and falling slopes are supplied to conduction control terminal sides of the second power amplifying parts. A switching control part performs simultaneous on-off switching of the conduction control terminal sides of the first power amplifying parts, thereby causing first FET power transistors of the first power amplifying parts to perform high-frequency on-off switching. As a result, three-phase drive currents to the windings vary smoothly, thereby reducing motor vibration.

The electric device detachably couples to the electric power terminals of both the permanent power source and electrical appliance and is sensitive to the temperature of the aforementioned terminals. The electric device includes first and second temperature switching elements which are responsive to interrupt electrical power from the permanent power source to the appliance when either of the terminals is of a temperature which equates with a first predetermined temperature determined by the first temperature switching element or a second predetermined temperature determined by the second temperature switching element.
