The electrical function unit comprises a module positioned between the mechanical function unit and the housing. The electrical function unit comprises a generator to convert mechanical energy generated by the motor located in the housing into electrical energy to power the electrically operative member.

A sleeve is adjustably positioned over the light to adjust an amount of light emanating from the razor.

Abstract: The haircutting shears with illuminated level are adapted to aid a hairstylist in performing precise haircutting procedures. The shears are provided with a spirit level encased in an illuminated housing, which is disposed on the outer surface of one of the blades of the shears. The illuminated spirit level allows the stylist to quickly view the level to determine if the cutting angles are being executed in a desired manner. An integrated circuit device is housed in the shears and connected to the level for obtaining and storing data therefrom. A USB port is provided for connecting the integrated circuit device to a processor or other display device. The USB port also provides a charging means for the illuminating device.

Compartments are defined between sidewalls of the fence and sidewalls of the main board. Light-emitting diodes are mounted in at least one of the compartments and electrically connected to the circuit board. A movable clamp, a fixed clamp, and a turnover plate are mounted to the front end of the main board. The turnover plate includes a rotating plate, a catch, and a rotating shaft between the rotating plate and the rotating shaft. A catch hole is defined in a rear end of the movable clamp and receives the catch. Through provision of the light-emitting diodes, the lighting eyelash curler can be used in an environment having a dim light and has simple structure while allowing easy operation.

A high-intensity LED disposed in the razor head illuminates the area to be shaved. The LED may be molded within the razor head in various orientations dependent upon the contour of the razor head and the desired lighting effect.
