The fan is coupled to the fan mount by moving towards the main body in an axial direction, then rotating it such that the bayonet elements engage the bayonet guides, with each of the bayonet arms securing a corresponding bayonet element against the main body. The fan system is used in a vehicle headlight.

    Abstract: A light assembly includes a housing which defines a longitudinal axis. A hollow holding ring and a reflector are fixed within the housing and spaced apart along the axis. A hollow positioning sleeve is disposed at a rear end of the reflector and is arranged on the axis at a distance forwardly from the holding ring. A tube extends along the axis and includes front and rear portions. The front portion is mounted in the positioning sleeve and includes a bulb receptacle for positioning a bulb within the reflector. The rear portion includes an electrical connection portion disposed in the holding ring. The tube is inserted axially through the holding ring and the positioning sleeve and into the reflector and then is rotated about the axis in order to cause the tube to become locked against axial movement relative to the reflector.

    Abstract: A lighting assembly has an elongated housing which contains a plurality of light emitting diodes that send light from one side of the housing. Connectors at the ends of the housing are provided to connect the lighting assembly into standard sockets of a fluorescent light fixture that has been modified to power the light emitting diodes. At least one of the connectors has a releasable holding mechanism that allows the housing to be rotated with respect to the sockets to aim the light is a desired direction and then hold the housing in that orientation.

The base flange has at least three lugs are arranged along its circumference, which are of resilient design and serve together with the reference noses for fastening the lamp in a headlight. The reference noses are integrally formed on a reference ring, which is connected to the annular metallic holder and to the base flange.
