Abstract: A method and apparatus is disclosed for forming a mixed material. For example, two components of a bone cement may be positioned in the apparatus and mixed under vacuum. An increase in pressure on one side of a movable piston can move the material for ease of access and reducing voids in the mixed material.

Abstract: A drink mixer which may be used by children as well as by adults to mix a liquid with a wide variety of ingredients including air, other liquids, or solids, which may be comminuted during mixing. The device consists of four major components or assemblies, these being a tapered cylindrical container (12), a container top assembly (14), a handle assembly (16), and a mixing disk (18) carried by the handle assembly. The parts are so designed so that the mixing disk may be reciprocated downwardly and upwardly repeatedly by the handle assembly to mix the liquid within the container with other ingredients. The container top assembly is secured to the container in a liquid tight manner, the container top assembly having a pour spout which may be covered tightly. A temperature indicia which changes color when the contents change temperature may be incorporated into the mixer.

Abstract: A seasoning can structure includes an open can body to receive therein the seasoning, a cover being releasably secured to the opening of the can body. A seasoning dispensing device is mounted on the cover to dispense the seasoning contained in the can. A seasoning block breaking device is provided, including an elongated rod extending from the bottom of the can into the can body with a number of sideward arms fixed thereon so that by reciprocally moving the rod relative to the can body, the arms hit and thus break the seasoning blocks formed by the seasoning particles bonding together. Biasing device is disposed on the bottom of the can body to help reciprocally moving the breaking device relative to the can body.

Abstract: A bottle sling formed of a flexible web is arranged in surrounding and engaging securement relative to a drinking container, with a support ring mounting a flexible strap adjacent an upper distal end of the container for support of the web of the container about an individual's torso portion. A modification of the invention includes an agitator pump arranged within the fluid coaxially of a drinking tube directed through the container and a flavored tablet dispenser in communication with an interior portion of the container for projecting flavoring tablets within the container.

Abstract: A device for whipping cream or egg whites having a cup-shaped cylindrical housing with a preformed bottom, a cap releasably locking the open top, a perforated plunger piston connected to one end of the piston rod and movable within the housing, the piston rod being movable through the cap and formed with a handle at its opposite end, one of two perforated plates spaced from the plunger piston on the piston rod. The perforated disc is biased by a spiral coil spring from the plunger and may be further biased from a second perforated disc. When the discs and plunger are compressed together, any product between them is squeezed out through their holes.

Abstract: An improved spray gun assembly includes a fluid supply container connected to a spray gun and a manually operable trigger for actuating the spray gun, in combination with a motor driven agitator for automatically agitating the fluid contents of the supply container. The agitator is driven by an air motor, and comprises a paddle which is reciprocated in the fluid contents in directions perpendicular to the plane in which it lies.
