  • Patent number: 10137461
Abstract: A flotation machine includes a stator positioned in a tank adjacent a rotor. The stator has a plurality of vanes. Each of the vanes has a plurality of slots formed therein. Each of the slots has a shape that is elongated in a direction along the width of the vane in which the slot is formed. Each of the vanes is spaced apart from the other vanes to which that vane is adjacent. The vanes are positioned in series adjacent a periphery of the stator to define a central opening within the stator that is sized such that the rotor of a flotation machine may be positioned therein. The stator may be retrofitted onto a prior flotation machine installation. For instance, a stator may be offered for sale and then installed onto a flotation machine. A previous stator may be removed before the installation of the new stator.

  • Patent number: 8540415
Abstract: The disclosed multipurpose manual mixer is a new kitchen utensil in one piece comprised of a handle attached to a mixer to the other end, resembling a helicopter with propeller like plates. A multipurpose manual mixer with its entire structure in one piece made up of a long and uneven handle at one end and flat rectangular pieces with rounded corners, propellers like big and small, holed and un-holed attached vertically to a tubular body to the other end in continuous rows, parallel and separated from each other at equal distance. The multi flat rectangular pieces as mentioned and described above are all called plates. The body comprised of all plates big and small and attached vertically along to the cylindrical tubular part in the middle, is called ‘the mixer.’ In other words, ‘the mixer’ consists of multiple flat rectangular plates rounded in corners on one side, big and small, holed and un-holed and bound to each other by a receiving tubular part that also fits the handle.

  • Patent number: 7399113
Abstract: The invention relates to an assembly to produce recipe mixtures, with a variable-speed agitator drive, a mixing chamber (1) whose capacity is matched to the desired quantity of recipe mixture and that is enclosed by a lid (9), and an agitator tool (2). The mixing chamber (1) and the agitator tool (2) may move with respect to each other along the axis of the drive shaft during the production of the recipe mixture. The agitator tool (2) may be driven by means of a drive shaft (15) that may be inserted through a sealable central aperture (11) of the mixing chamber. The agitator tool (2) possesses friction surface areas such that the material is drawn into the spaces between its ends and the opposing inner surfaces of the mixing chamber (1).

  • Patent number: 6536936
Abstract: A mix head assembly for a rapid discharge multiple material delivery molding system includes an output chamber assembly having a plurality of impellers, a main body assembly, and a drive assembly. The main body assembly preferably includes a plurality of input ports which correspond to the number of fluid material supplies. In one disclosed embodiment, the mix head assembly include a flush assembly to communicate a flushing fluid from a supply through the gates and into the feed chambers to minimize residual fluid material after each molding cycle. In operation, the fluid materials are directed by their respective input ports to a first impeller. The first impeller is driven by the drive shaft such that the impeller drives the fluid materials back toward the input ports. The pressure in the material builds up and it eventually is driven back past the first impeller.

  • Patent number: 6334704
Abstract: A liquid ejection apparatus has gutter bodies secured to an agitator shaft at predetermined inclination angles or gutter bodies or tubular bodies attached to these agitator shaft so that the size of the inclination angles are adjustable. The gutter bodies or tubular bodies of the liquid ejection apparatus are revolved around the agitator shaft so that liquid is ejected from the respective upper openings of the gutter bodies or tubular bodies. This liquid is distributed onto the inner surface of a tank, and/or into a space above a liquid surface, thereby washing the inner surface of the tank, maintaining the heat transfer area, and promoting evaporation of the liquid in the tank.
