When the battery casing is at a first position, the upper machine body covers the battery casing to shield the battery accommodating space, and the hook is fixed to the engaged member. Pushing the button to press the first elastic member, the button is released from the engaged member, and the battery casing is rotated to a second position to expose the battery accommodating space.
