The electronic device for wireless communication according to one embodiment comprises a processing circuit. The processing circuit is configured to determine, according to the capability of a user equipment and/or a channel situation between the user equipment and a base station for non-terrestrial network communication, an uplink transmission mode for the user equipment from two or more uplink transmission modes respectively corresponding to different acquisition manners of an uplink transmission parameter. The processing circuit is further configured to perform control so as to perform uplink transmission from the user equipment to the base station on the basis of the determined uplink transmission mode.
