Abstract: Technologies and techniques for vehicle perception. A contour extractor apparatus extracts contours from image data. Mapping offsets are determined between at least some of the grid points of a current image map and respective grid points of a next image map, and image velocity vectors are determined for at least some of mapping offsets. At least some of the grid points of the next image are warped to the respective grid points of the current image map. A determination is made if a contour of the warped grid points of the next image matches a contour of the respective grid points of the current map within a configured parameter. Object movement movement may then be determined from the image data, if the contour of the warped grid points of the next image matches the contour of the respective grid points of the current map within the configured parameter.

Abstract: A system for establishing a contour of a structure is disclosed. An initialization subsystem (1) is used for initializing an adaptive mesh representing an approximate contour of the structure, the structure being represented at least partly by a first image, and the structure being represented at least partly by a second image. A deforming subsystem (2) is used for deforming the adaptive mesh, based on feature information of the first image and feature information of the second image. The deforming subsystem comprises a force-establishing subsystem (3) for establishing a force acting on at least part of the adaptive mesh, in dependence on the feature information of the first image and the feature information of the second image. A transform-establishing subsystem (4) is used for establishing a coordinate transform reflecting a registration mismatch between the first image, the second image, and the adaptive mesh.
Abstract: An image encoding/decoding method and apparatus of the present invention may derive motion information of a current block, and perform motion compensation for the current block on the basis of the motion information. The motion information of the current block is derived on the basis of an inter-mode predefined in an encoding/decoding apparatus, and the predefined inter-mode may include at least one of a merge mode, an AMVP mode, an affine mode, or an intra block copy (IBC) mode.
Abstract: Provided is an image processing device including a matching unit that performs matching processing between a predetermined pattern on a surface of a 3D model of a biological tissue including an operating site generated on the basis of a preoperative diagnosis image and a predetermined pattern on a surface of the biological tissue included in a captured image during surgery, a shift amount estimation unit that estimates an amount of deformation from a preoperative state of the biological tissue on the basis of a result of the matching processing and information regarding a three-dimensional position of a photographing region which is a region photographed during surgery on the surface of the biological tissue, and a 3D model update unit that updates the 3D model generated before surgery on the basis of the estimated amount of deformation of the biological tissue.
