Abstract: A system and method for automated customer response system mapping and duplication to provide for a common Interactive Voice Response (“IVR”) system import language or structure, comprising a contact center crawler which connects with an existing automated contact center system, may navigate and map that system by recording and selecting each available option or by interfacing with the code that makes up the IVR itself to generate a model, records the response to each selected option, and feeds the options and responses to a tree creator; a CX model generator which organizes the options and responses into a data map such as a tree or more graph-like or map-like structure, where logical conditions or operations such as loops and recursion may be present; and a coding engine that generates programmatic code representing the data model that is imported into another IVR platform for execution.

Abstract: Spatial organization of communications is provided. A communication application initiates operations to present a visual representation of a communication on a two-dimensional canvas after a detected intent to do as such. In response to the intent, the visual representation is generated and displayed on the two-dimensional canvas. A detected interaction with the visual representation triggers a modification of the communication based on the interaction.

Abstract: A network-connected server for meeting initiation has software executing on the server from a non-transitory physical medium, the software providing a function allowing a user to schedule a meeting and to configure availability conditions, a function for informing scheduled participants of the scheduled meeting, a function for receiving indications of availability for the scheduled meeting from communication appliances associated with scheduled participants, and a function for connecting the communication appliances to communicate when the configured availability conditions are met.

This solution combines the advantages of wearable devices, being mobile and present for customers, with the need to stay well informed about products or services. The information can include information about a product or service, or performance targets, or performance metrics. Such information can be provisioned to users on-demand or based on the occurrence of one or more triggering events, and can be accomplished without distracting the user from one or more other tasks or daily routines. The content provided to the wearable technology users can also be curated based on user profile information.

Abstract: Systems and techniques for determining and/or generating a navigation path through a three-dimensional (3D) model are presented. At least one waypoint location within a captured 3D model of an architectural environment is determined. A path within the captured 3D model, to navigate between a first location associated with the captured 3D model and a second location associated with the captured 3D model, is determined based on the at least one waypoint location. Visual data indicative of 2D data or 3D data of the captured 3D model along the path is transmitted to a remote client device to simulate navigation of the path within the captured 3D model between the first location and the second location.

Abstract: Systems and methods for omnidirectional application navigation are provided. In example embodiments, a navigation icon associated with a first user interface context is caused to be displayed on a device. A change is sensed, by a device, of a change from the first user interface context to a second user interface context. A graphics database is accessed. From the graphics database, a graphic which is associated with the second user interface context is identified. Responsive to the change from the first user interface context to the second user interface context, the navigation icon is changed using the identified graphic from the graphics database.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer-readable media for reviewing inputted commands and preventing the execution of accidentally or maliciously entered adverse commands are disclosed. These commands may be operating system commands, resource commands, device commands, application commands, and so on. Some aspects of the disclosure provide ways to approve commands prior to their execution, or validate commands subsequent to their execution. In some aspects, execution of the command may be undone or reversed if the command is not successfully validated. Commands may be encapsulated in a control wrapper to identify commands subject to pre-execution approval process and/or the post-execution validation, and criteria regarding the commands or the user entering the commands may be used to determine whether pre-execution approval and/or post-execution validation is required. Indications of approval or denial of a command may be transmitted to other computing devices to reduce or eliminate malicious or accidental activity.

Abstract: This disclosure is directed at least partly to routing calls and/or other communications from a Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) that uses a Mobile Network Operator (MNO) as a transit network. The MVNOs may desire to use the MNO's network as a transit network to complete or terminate calls from users who may be roaming and/or are on other access networks such as Wi-Fi. The MNO may implement logic to determine whether to allow the MNO's network to be used as a transit network based at least in part on conditions such as one or more of agreements with an MVNO, business considerations, and/or other considerations (e.g., network bandwidth, etc.). The system presents the user matching results from the search in an obscured form from which the user selects and authenticates his or her identity. The app then presents a graphical representation of all or part of the phone tree on the display of the telephone. Abstract: A system and methods for enabling a disabled mobile device feature are disclosed. According to an embodiment, device information regarding a mobile device is collected. Based on the device information, a search is performed for a set of instructions to enable the device feature. A selected set of instructions is performed on the mobile device, and if execution fails to enable the feature, another set of instructions is selected and performed. The sets of instructions are continually updated and stored based on experience. In an embodiment, the method is performed with a mobile application on a mobile phone. The mobile application includes a user interface to allow the user to access and use disabled or hidden features of the mobile phone.
