When a handset of a mobile phone is disposed in a handset w/battery charging socket on the charger, an in-car hand-free enabling circuit in the charger is enabled for the handset in the charger to charge while entering into a hand-freemode. At this point, the charger substitutes for the handset and the CPU in the charger automatically receives signals of in-coming call over the mobile phone and the mobile phone does not ring. On receipt of a signal of an in-coming call, the CPU prompts the caller to enter a code that is decoded and compared by the DTMF decoder with a code preset in the CPU.

Abstract: A method for establishing a communication link between a transmitter and a receiver for the purpose of relaying audio material derived from an existing source to a user desiring to remain unencumbered by the source apparatus comprises the steps of: placing the receiver unit into physical contact with the transmitter unit, powering up both transmitter and receiver units, and waiting for an indication of process completion before setting the receiver unit in place. The transmitter unit searches for a free rf communication channel, initiates transmission of user-chosen audio material over permitted broadcast bands, and programs the receiver unit with information allowing it to receive on the same channel. The receiver unit is lightweight, worn in the outer canal of the ear or on the head in the conventional manner. The entire programming and transmission process takes place automatically without further user intervention.

Abstract: The Swimmer's Ear is an electronic device that allows a swimmer or bather a means to safely listen to music while engaged in water activities. This invention is unique in that it allows universal use of any existing electronic devices equipped with a headphone jack. The two part Swimmer's Ear will attach itself via a headphone jack to an existing electronic device such as a CD or MP3 player and transmit to the listener the music or sound. The receiver will be powered by a power source inside a waterproof housing. This receiver will allow the listener to attach it to one's head by means of a clip for any swimming goggles or headband The materials used for this invention are currently in use such as: durable plastics, radio frequency transmitter and receiver, waterproof housings.

Abstract: A wireless mobile telephone capable of remitting picking up of an earphone in use-but combining with car hi-fi speakers, which mobile telephone applies an infrared transmission principle or a radio transmission principle to transmit its received and emitting signals to a car hi-fi set. Therefore, the car speakers can broadcast the sound of the other side of the mobile phone call in remitting picking up of the earphone. In this way, the mobile telephone not only has the advantage of remitting picking up of the earphone, but also can be extremely convenient in use by having no connecting wire between the mobile telephone and the car hi-fi set.
