Abstract: An exercise kit includes an outer bag having a cover and a cavity therein configured to receive one or more removable weights therein. The outer bag has a plurality of spaced apart handles positioned in one or more directions along the outer bag, allowing the bag to be used in one more different exercises. The kit includes a plurality of weight bags, which are fillable by a user to form the removable weights. The weight bags have a closure mechanism having connectable ends that each extend beyond the length of the opening of the weight bag, such that when the inner bags are each filled to a fill level indicative of a selected weight, the opening can be folded over, the bag compressed to remove excess air, and the opening rolled down to the filling. The connectable ends are then connected to form an integral handle portion of the removable weight.

Abstract: A lockout device includes a plurality of rigid panels and a flexible body extending along an insertion axis which has, on one axial end thereof, a selectively closeable opening. The rigid panels are affixed to sidewalls of the flexible body with the rigid panels being positioned about the insertion axis. When the selectively closeable opening is opened, the flexible body and the plurality of rigid panels collectively define an interior volume for reception of a pendant control or other terminally-positioned electrical structure on a cord through the selectively closeable opening. When the selectively closeable opening is closed around the cord from which the pendant control or other terminally-positioned electrical structure extends, the pendant is secured in the interior volume and use of the pendant is inhibited by the plurality of rigid panels of the lockout device.

Abstract: A weighted bag having an outer shell and a handle assembly. The outer shell has a plurality of panels and at least one of one of a pair of slots and a first end loop assembly and a second end loop assembly spaced apart from the first end loop assembly coupled to the plurality of panels. The handle assembly has a handle grasping member and a strapping assembly, the strapping assembly extending from the handle grasping member and interfacing with at least one of the pair of slots and the first and second end loop assemblies so as to couple the handle assembly to the outer shell.

Abstract: Disclosed is a portable hair extension holder comprising a foldable main body with an attached clip-engaging system and retaining members for keeping hair extensions protected and organized between uses. The clip-engaging system includes non-rigid elements, preferably assembled in a grid, which provide a surface for attaching hair extensions in an organized arrangement. A process for attaching hair extensions to the clip-engaging system is also disclosed.

Abstract: Present aspects hereof are directed to a compressible backpack having a plurality of compressible flanges that shift along a vertical axis of the compressible bag upon tensioning of at least one bag tether. In some aspects, a locking mechanism restricts travel of the bag tethers in a first direction, while permitting travel in a second direction upon triggering a locking release.

Abstract: A weighted bag having an outer shell and a handle assembly. The outer shell has a plurality of panels and at least one of one of a pair of slots and a first end loop assembly and a second end loop assembly spaced apart from the first end loop assembly coupled to the plurality of panels. Abstract: Disclosed is a receptacle cover is formed from a horizontal wall and one or more vertical walls, and can be fitted or use elastic, drawstrings or other means to fit multiple container sizes such as laundry hampers/baskets, diaper pales, and storage bins. The cover includes an odor eliminator having one or more odor eliminating compounds embedded in sheets, which may be fixed or detachable or incorporated into the cover. Multiple odor-eliminating sheets may be used for heavily soiled or contaminated articles to eliminate unpleasant and lingering aromas. Alternatively, a plastic sheet holder embedded below the cover has multiple tiny holes to aid ventilation and allow odor absorption from flexible non-woven polyester fiber sheets. The fabric sheath cover may be hand-washed or cycled in cold water and tumble dry with very low or no heat.

The retaining strap includes a retaining handle associated with the support wall for retainment thereof in a first gripping position, centrally above the first wall, for carrying of the carrier base in a horizontal orientation. A retaining portion extends vertically across the opening, when the retaining handle is in the first gripping position and the carrier base is in the horizontal orientation, such that a retail container is substantially prevented from falling out through the opening.

Abstract: A flexible container includes a panel structure of flexible web material, including panels that are adjoined to define a pouch. The pouch has a top opening with a fitment, and is expandable from a collapsed, unfilled condition to an expanded, filled condition. When the pouch is in the filled condition and resting on a flat surface, the panel structure supports the pouch in an upright orientation in which the fitment opening faces upward. The panel structure also provides the pouch with a flat footprint upon which the pouch overlies the flat surface. The flat footprint is defined in part by the pouch and in part by the lower handgrip in a condition folded beneath the pouch.

Abstract: A method is provided for storing a cooked food in a flexible-walled container having an opening. The method includes placing a quantity of food in a flexible-walled container and submerging at least a portion of the container in a liquid with the opening being located so that liquid does not enter the opening. At least the lower portion of the container is maintained in the liquid and the food is maintained in the container below the surface of the liquid. The liquid collapses the container to seal the container. The temperature of the liquid may be maintained at a non-ambient temperature to heat or cool the food as it is stored. The method may also include storing the food adjacent a work surface, or at a remote main vat and transporting the rack to the work surface at which a serving that includes the food is prepared.

In accordance with an aspect of the invention, a pair of spaced slits extends from each elongated slit, thereby creating a tab or flap in each end portion. The flap is configured to either directly catch a rim of the container or be tucked under the lid, i.e., between the lid and the container, to attach the pouch to the lid and, indirectly, the container.

The bottom handle has a folded portion at the opening to provide a smooth gripping surface.

The re-useable apparatus includes attached handles and wheels, allowing a user to quickly and easily enclose and move the Christmas tree. After use, the Christmas tree transport system folds compactly to store in a small space.

The second insulated container portion can be collapsed to a flat position, and secured in place. Either of the container portions may have a liner. The liner in the first container portion may be a substantially rigid liner. The assembly may have a lifting member. In one example the second portion may be hingedly mounted to the first portion, and the lifting member may be mounted such that when the assembly is lifted, the hinge is in an up-and-down orientation. In another embodiment, the lifting member may be eccentrically mounted, such that the assembly may possibly sit more comfortably against a carrier's hip. The first container portion may have an auxiliary opening or door, and that door may be more easily opened than the main access of the first insulated container portion.

A pair of outer lifting tine receiving channels are provided along the bottom in parallel spaced relation to one of the opposed pairs of peripheral side walls. The bulk bag handling assembly described can be used with a wide variety of lifting equipment.

The ends of the body and the side panels may be used as a cover or flap extending into the pouch opening or may be tucked into the pouch. Handles are provided for convenience when the combination towel/tote is in the tote mode or configuration.

Abstract: Systems and methods for providing a dynamic laundry bag apparatus that is lightweight, sorts laundry, and facilitates the carrying of laundry to a laundry facility or the packing of laundry when traveling. A laundry bag slips onto the lock bar of a hanger to be placed in a hanging position. The bag sorts laundry. For transporting the laundry, the laundry bag can be slipped off the hanger. A drawstring at the top of the bag is pulled and fastened into a snap hook to create a shoulder strap. In cleaning the laundry, the bag may be washed with the laundry. The bag can similarly be used to transport the clean laundry, and can be placed back on the lock bar of the hanger. Clean shirts can be hung over the hanger and/or clean pants can be hung over the lock bar to prevent wrinkles as the laundry is being transported.

For example, the tine-receiving members can each be a portion of a round or non-round paperboard tube divided along a plane containing or parallel to a central longitudinal axis of the tube. The paperboard of which the tube is constructed can comprise paperboard that is sized to increase its water-resistance.

Abstract: A heavy duty industrial plastic bag has a main handle at one end of the bag and is provided with an upper corner section that is used to create a spout to pour the contents of the bag therefrom. The invention provides for ease of pouring the contents from the bag through the spout by providing, at the lower portion of the side edge opposite the main handle and the spout corner section, an auxiliary handle or grip section. After the spout in the spout in the corner section has been formed the user can lift the bag via the main handle with one hand and then grasp the auxiliary grip with the other or free hand, thereafter easily tilting the bag to facilitate the pouring of the contents from the bag through the spout.
