Spirally Split Patents (Class 384/301)
  • Patent number: 11555506
Abstract: A pump arrangement for a drum or container pump, the pump arrangement including a pump housing; a drive shaft support tube received in the pump housing; and a drive shaft rotatably supported in the drive shaft support tube at a rotor side bearing and at a pump arrangement coupling, wherein the drive shaft runs freely between the rotor side bearing and the pump arrangement coupling, wherein the drive shaft runs through the at least one support ring that is fixed relative to the pump housing and that has an inner diameter that is greater than an outer diameter of the drive shaft and that is arranged between the rotor side bearing and the pump arrangement coupling.

  • Publication number: 20150147011
Abstract: An assembled roller comprising a cylindrical bush having eight external rib surface features and an over-molded roller. The joining edge of the opposing component parts comprises, in axial end profile, a ramp section comprising a ramp surface. The ramp surfaces lie in planes that are parallel or slightly offset by 1° to 20° to the direction or angle of approach of the respective opposed component part immediately prior to engagement, so that the ramp surfaces are adapted to slidingly engage across ramp surfaces in a resistance, rather than snap, fit. This arrangement forms a catch that will hold the component part halves together during an over-molding process as long as the ends of the bush are retarded against axial displacement.

  • Patent number: 4913562
Abstract: A bearing liner to be fitted within a housing bore. The bearing liner comprises a hollow cylindrically shaped member having an external circumferential support, such as a rib, located away from the ends of the liner. The bearing liner has a gap extending from one end to the other to facilitate the axial insertion of the bearing liner into the housing bore. An undercut in the housing bore engages the support thereby retaining the bearing liner within the housing.
