When the device is in the laptop mode, the second physical human input sensor is enabled to change the operating state of the computing device, and when the computing device is in the tablet mode, the second physical human input sensor is disabled from changing an operating state of the device and, instead, the tapping gestures detected by the accelerometer are used to change the operating state of the device.
