Having Plural Pointers Or Match Needle Patents (Class 396/294)
  • Patent number: 10511792
Abstract: An image pickup apparatus which is capable of, even when a flash band appears during a zooming operation, properly compensating for the flash band to generate a post-compensation image having no different levels of luminance. A lens unit has a zoom function. Image information generated based on image signals output from an image pickup device, which sequentially starts exposure and sequentially reads out signals for each row of pixels, is held in a memory unit. Based on the image information, the flash band caused by an external flash and extending across a plurality of frames is detected, and frames in which the flash band was detected are corrected to obtain an image having no different levels of luminance. The frames are corrected according to a calculated zoom change ratio of the lens unit when the zoom change ratio does not fall inside a first range determined in advance.

  • Patent number: 9085367
Abstract: A device for moving an object on a rail that has grid openings, the device having at least one first movement element, at least one first drive element, and at least one engagement element for engaging at least one grid opening. The engagement element is positioned on the first movement element. The first drive element for driving the first movement element is connected to the first movement element, and the first movement element is movably held in such a way that the engagement element is at least in some regions guided along an outside of the device. As a result of this an even force is directly introduced into the rail to prevent the object to be moved by sliding becoming skewed or jammed. Likewise, the device can be supplemented by a motor so moving the object can be carried out automatically, precisely, and quickly.

  • Patent number: 5708881
Abstract: A needle-type display device for displaying photographic data in a camera, the display device including a display having indicating needles which move directly from displaying presently displayed values to displaying new values without temporarily returning to an origin position. The display device includes a half-press switch having first and second positions, and a rangefinder and photometric unit which operate when the half-press switch is in the first position. The display displays photographic data measured by the range finder and photometric unit according to an amount of movement from an origin position by the respective indicating needles. When the half-press switch switches to the second position, a hold command unit operates to hold the respective indicating needles for a predetermined period of time at the display position displaying the measured amount.

  • Patent number: 5614980
Abstract: A display device including a display not enabled condition of a measured value if the measured value is outside the scale range of the display equipment is disclosed. A pointer is driven according to the operation of an operation device during a setting value display mode, while the pointer is driven to a measured value during a measured value display mode. If the measured value is outside the scale range during the measured value display mode, the pointer 65 is driven to the scale position indicating the display not enabled condition.
