Of the plurality of semiconductor elements, a first semiconductor element to supply power to a first heat generating block, is connected, in series, to a second semiconductor element to supply power to a second heat generating block. In addition, when the power interrupting unit is not activated, the second heat generating block is controlled by controlling only the second semiconductor element, and, when the power interrupting unit is not activated, the first heat generating block is controlled by controlling the first semiconductor element and the second semiconductor element.
