The device features a dustpan-like carrying system designed to house the roll of covers. It allows users to simply roller the cover over the seat and apply it via a light adhesive, ensuring the cover remains stable as the user sits. The device prevents germs and bacteria from being contracted, ensuring the user stays clean even while using a public toilet. The device eliminates the need to use flimsy paper covers commonly found in public restrooms.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a device for automatically providing a disposable seating-surface cover for a toilet-seat, comprising: a) a first housing adapted to feed a disposable seating-surface cover roll installed therein, wherein said roll is a long strip layer that comprises plurality of similar apertures, each of which defines an individual seating-surface cover; b) a second housing adapted to receive and collect the roll by connecting an initial edge of said roll to a rotational mechanism situated in said second housing that is adapted to pull said roll such that each individual disposable seating-surface cover follows a preset displacing movement where one individual disposable seating-surface cover is positioned in a state of use, wherein when an individual seating-surface cover of the roll is in a state of use, it lies directly on a seating surface of a toilet-seat, such that the aperture of the individual seating-surface cover is parallel to an aperture of said toilet seat.

The intermediate gear unit is capable of being optionally coupled with the set of first or second central holes. The front gear is engaged with the intermediate gear unit, and the intermediate gear unit is engaged with the rear gear unit. The bobbin assembly comprises an extruded thermoplastic hollow tube having a plurality of splines disposed longitudinally therein and an end cap assembly adapted for connection to the wall portion. The splines are constructed and arranged in mating inter-engagement with the power driven coupling. The end coupling is spring biased toward the hollow tube to mate with the hollow tube. Abstract: A sanitary toilet seat is provided which has an integral toilet seat covering material dispenser and disposal device. The device moves a predetermined length of sanitary seat covering material from a dispensing port to a disposal port each time a motor is activated. A pressure sensor is provided for resetting the delay timer in response to high pressure and starting the delay timer in response to low pressure. Once the manually adjustable period of delay has expired, a relay activates a motor, which starts the motion of the covering material about the toilet seat. The motor continues until it is deactivated by a micro switch after one full cycle of operation in which a predetermined length of covering material has been dispensed. A deactivation switch is provided to prevent operation when the seat lid is down, preventing the covering material from being dispensed while the toilet is being used as a seat.
